My honest review: I think it is imperative to talk about markets, shopping malls, restaurants and other stuff near this residence. I don't know whether the location doesn't have any effect on the price of houses built in Ghana. Also, laundry room and car garages must be built into the house to make it complete. Almost, all the current homes have no space around them; too tight on the sides. Other than that I like your tour and presentation of the house. You could be a good sports commentator. Thanks 💯👏👏

You don't always need a kitchen island. If its too tight please remove the island not necessary
