Amazing price for a very beautiful property. My only quibbles are the very tiny, compact fitted wardrobes and the equally tiny wash rooms. But honestly, for the price, this home is a steal! I've subscribed with the view of doing business with you in due time.

I like the modern look and features of the house to include the CCTV camera the heat extractor ETC however there are some struggle areas that can use some improvement especially for those of us that live in the diaspora they're just certain things that are standard for example your kitchen is missing a pantry your effort at a walk-in closet is not a go needs to have more windows less walls more open space floor plan I like that you added greenery and not just all concrete. Would I pay $60,000 USD? Maybe with improvements

When it comes to the roads, the community would have to come together and fix the roads. You can't wait on the government.
The road is even motorable just that it is untarred.
Why are roads not the responsibility of the local government? It doesn’t make sense to be building houses but no roads to get to and from these properties. Ghana needs to get with the program if they are expecting people, especially the diaspora to purchase in the country. Look and learn from other African countries if you don’t want to learn from other countries around the world.

Thieves and scammers are rampant in Ghana. For me burglar proofs are a must.
True but not everywhere. It has long been in our architectural designs though.

No please, I do not have any in this price range. It’s almost impossible to get one. Anyways, this place to Accra is about 2-3 hours drive. In the heart of Ho, you will love it!

Beautiful home just a few things for me that wouldn't work. 1. No bathtub 2. Step to kitchen is dangerous and a hazard 3. Wardrobes or closets are too small. The house just doesn't have enough storage.

Not to mention the kitchen doesn't even have a pantry it has more of a townhome filled to it than a standalone single family

The interior design and decor didn't sell me nothing but dated and lack or coordination. The brown wooden doors and door frame is terrible and not a modern feature the curtains and blinds are awful and not a modern touch. The wood works and paint work and lighting is very dull the home seems dull and dark and not fresh and modern. And why does the master bedroom wash room door open inwards towards the shower? And why does the bathroom have a window right next to the shower and blinds? This is a terrible building idea. The blinds will always get wry and rust. I also don't like the exterior as it seems very closed into neighbours and not much privacy. I think this home needs a redesign and interior decor and staging. Those Hollywood curtains from the 70s are not a good way to sell a new build home. As soon as you walked inside, I was no longer interested. The inside is dull dark 😮 the kitchen units are dated too. I am mot bashing this project. But being very honest with feedback. I wouldn't buy this home at all. It isn't my style. Also the windows need to bring light in and you did a viewing with all the blinds down as if this was a selling feature? It was terrible. The built in closet per bedroom was very small and not coordinating with the space and the flooring was terrible too. Marble floor in white wouldn't been great. This home needs lightening up doors need to be white and modern and so does all woodworks and kitchen units.
Thanks for your review. Not everyone is supposed to buy a house, some people actually build themselves based on preference, finance and Architectural know-how. Maybe the latter will work for you. How about that?
