This happens to be one of the best houses I've ever loved most and am gonna work towards it, it's massively beautiful and amazing
I will rate this 9.5 out of 10, because of the hall, dining room and kitchen being join together, but truth to be told this is one of the best building I have really loved

Lovely house, but why no burglary proof on either windows or glass doors. This is Africa you know, it doesn't matter matter the electric fencing, regardless they should be burglary proof

I love the house my problem is the open kitchen
Dynamic homes, honestly I will like to hear you opinion on something. What is the percentage of expats who buy these houses and the percentage of Ghanaians who buy these houses. The Ghanaians who buy these houses what work do they do? ....I am asking with all humility.
You know the answer to the local Ghanaians question; We all know that its not affordable for the average Ghanaian. As for expats its not as easy as you may think but there is a market. Local Ghanaians can afford this though it takes hard work and collaboration though to get money together and get a loan and work out payment plans etc. The ratio of local to expats is probably 1/7 ...... im guessing. Why is master bathrooms always on top knowing we not going to be young forever and secondly the kitchen should have be demarcated with some glass to prevent aroma to the living room, Great home to leave in.
Health and Safety must be the most important consideration in a dwelling. Imagine slipping and hitting your head on this floor. You never be the same again.

Let’s all endeavour to be constructive in our criticism. The tile on the swiming pool deck is unpolished rough tile hence, anti slip tile. The issue with the land size is as a result of price of land because in Accra a 70/100 ft land can be sold as much as $200,000….
Again let’s be guided when we speak about things we don’t have full knowledge about.

Those flickering/flashing lights in the living room would make me crazy. You talk about the "motorized" gates (we call it automated gates here in the US) that makes me worry about your motorizes, infamous, power outages that you are "famous" for in Africa. That might mean that you cannot operate the gates since you may not have any power. Those are all the reasons I would NEVER live in Africa. I would never leave the US.
You're very misinformed about Africa. You may be right for not ever wanting to leave the US but this reason you put up is not tangible enough. Most of this units come with back up power sources. Generator sets.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! I would buy it in a heartbeat IF I had $350K in disposable income and a nearby job IN Ghana paying me $100K USD plus fringe benefits annually. I would also need to be able to walk to my childrens high performing school in no less than 10 minutes, as well as ALREADY have paved streets, sidewalks and covered sewage pipes in front of house and entire neighborhood. OH! I also would need to be able to catch the high speed air conditioned train to work. I’m assuming - of course - that I’ll have completely uninterrupted water, power and internet in the home no less than 95% of the time throughout the year, with a full service high end restaurant, big box grocery store, gym and highly rated hospital right down the street or less than a mile away??? Unfortunately, I can’t afford to wait for all of these things to be in place at some un-guaranteed time in the future.

The point here is that price gouging in Ghana is preventing Black Diasporans who want to return to the Motherlands from doing so. Some of us want to come and partner/invest with Ghanaian entrepreneurs, but if I ONLY have $350K and have to spend it ALL to have decent housing……… that means I can’t fund my transition into Ghana, nor can I fund/market a strong businesses up to my standards. If I don’t have all the amenities/same quality infrastructure there there that I have in US, then DO NOT charge me US dollars!!! Price it so I can come back home and be able to build with my people. This is not rocket science!!!
