Honestly though, committing an intentional and obvious penalty to prevent the opponent from a touchdown should result in the touchdown (e.g., punching the ball out of the endzone on a botched snap/handoff to keep the defense from recovering).

I mean if you're going to make up a non existing penalty, at least make it sound legit like illegal procedure or something. The QB was just a man in motion.
