It is 1:30 AM, I don’t watch baseball, and yet I’m sitting here watching an hour long comp after watching like ten other videos of baseball, how do these kinda things happen?
2:32 As the announcer said, "That's what I figured." Andrew Wantz was making his major league debut, announced as the starter just before game time, but it was immediately clear that he was brought up and put in the game only to throw at Mariner hitters in retaliation for Mike Trout almost being hit the night before. He missed Julio Rodriguez (the pitch you see here), but hit Jesse Winker, resulting in a bench clearing brawl that led to 8 ejections. Wantz threw a total of 12 pitches, and the person he replaced as the starter, Jose Suarez, came in to pitch after the Wantz ejection. It was clear the Angels had no problem with Wantz being suspended, but did not want Suarez suspended for throwing at hitters.
A few small things went wrong, like cutting off the intensely insightful Jim Palmer before he finishes an idea 31:30 although it happens more than once. You also have a few instances of cutting off plays before they end. Tell the whole story.
e.g., (and there are a lot of them) 25:00 ... your subs are going to want to know the outcome of getting drilled like that. It just gats snipped. There is another obvious one where a ball gets away with the runner reading the play and starting to head for third... And I have no idea what happened.
17:29 Craig Kimbrel was worried that the runner on second was tipping off the batter on the pitch by reading the catcher's signals and positioning. Since the Phillies had a 3-run lead, he wasn't worried if he scored. By balking him to third, it made it so that the runner couldn't see the signals anymore.
25:27 A ball hit off the umpire while he is in front of the infielders is a dead ball. The batter gets first and is credited with a single, while runners advance only if forced. If the umpire is behind the infielders or the ball is deflected off a fielder into him, it is a live ball.
4:35 This is the example of why the 3-disengagement rule is idiotic. Pitchers are only allowed to step off the rubber or throw pickoff throws twice per batter. If they try a third time, they have to succeed in getting the runner out or it is a balk and all runners move up one base. The runner, knowing this, can take as much of a lead as he wants knowing the pitcher cannot throw over to pick him off unless he knows he will get him out. Here, since the third baseman was not at the bag (and normally would not be, since fielding a ground ball is his primary job), the pitcher decided to disengage rather than throw (throwing to the baseman away from the base is also a balk).
It's stuck in the wall, Professor. If he played it AFTER it got stuck then it would be a live ball, but since it got stuck it's just a double. Read the rules, 🤡
It may, in the interest of fairness, be a dead ball when it gets lodged inside park structures. In that case there is no reason to go after it and possibly damage the electronic board. Leave it for the park maintenance people.
Mathew Lugo in AA is one of the most exciting players to watch in my opinion. He leads the team with 7 homers, has 22 rbi, 4 sb and batting .309 for the season. I have one of those homerun balls and it is autographed. Did I mention he is a great guy?
It depends on where exactly in the dome that it hits when getting stuck. It is such a strange set of rules that only applies to one single stadium, Tropicana.... the inner roof of the dome looks like a target, with a bullseye - there are different lighting fixtures and catwalks that run circularly along the inner roof and form different-sized "rings" around the center. If the ball hits the outermost ring, regardless of whether it falls or gets stuck, it's considered a foul ball. If the ball hits the second ring from the outside and FALLS, it's considered a fair ball, in-play... But if it gets stuck in that second ring, it's considered a foul ball. If the ball hits the third ring (or second from the middle), it's considered a Ground Rule Double, regardless of whether it falls or gets stuck. If the ball hits the fourth ring (or innermost ring), it's considered a Home Run, regardless of whether it falls or gets stuck. This set of rules, that apply in only one stadium don't forget, are the absolute worst thing in pro sports in my opinion. No other sports change the rules and fundamental understanding of the game depending on which stadium is played in... some people enjoy the Trop rules because it adds a layer of "old school" to the game - making up backyard rules with your friends when the yard is too small, or something like that. But most other sane people think it's absolutely outrageous lol
Absent venue rules like the truly bizarre one the othe respondeng gave for Tropicana, its a dead ball, two bases for each runner, including the batter/runner.
26:56 Interference by the baserunner. Dead ball, runner is out. Contrary to popular belief, the runner is not entitled to the baseline there. He needs to allow the fielder the opportunity to get to the ball.
Bizarre: very strange or unusual, especially so as to cause interest or amusement. I’d say most of the clips fall under that definition, but that’s just me, and everyone else…
I wonder what MLB would be like if they would completely remove the regulations on bats. What I mean is that the batter could come up to bat with a boat paddle hell even a tennis racket. Could you imagine the halarty that would ensue? How about having a random roll aspect just to 1 inning for both sides, batters could end up coming up to the plate with a cricket bat, a boat paddle, tennis racket, or even a broomstick. The ball would need to change to if the bat is not something hard it would need to be a tennis ball or a rubber ball like you cut in half to play half rubber. I would bet if MLB did something like that ticket sales would skyrocket and bring back some fun to the game and I would also bet that the players would get more enjoyment out of the game as well.
An MLB quality bat is like $200, max $400 if it's a custom size, weight, or knob - which is peanuts for a team. There's not really a way to get around the fact that wood has grains which will always be a point of failure. As much as they advance it's still just a piece of wood put on a lathe.
A lot of hitters are leaning toward maple bats which is a hard but light wood which breaks more often than traditional ash. They're using maple because it's lighter meaning faster bat speed.
Be grateful for the 10% I guess? Or they were so good you just kept watching to make the assessment of 90% so you must have liked them, so stfu either way 🤷
It is 1:30 AM, I don’t watch baseball, and yet I’m sitting here watching an hour long comp after watching like ten other videos of baseball, how do these kinda things happen?
its baseball bro, nothing you or I can do about it. we try but we still find ourselves sitting, watching, watching, sitting,, damn you baseball...
I get like you starting on June. Kills me that I can't get my team on radio.😢
1:37a here lol
It's just baseball. Stuff happens. Greatest game ever
Love you

This is a really excellent collection.

Bhai 4RA pe variety of games dekh ke lagta hai kabhi bore nahi honge, hamesha kuch naya milta hai
I thought I knew the definition of bizarre but I guess it means something more common.

4ra pe withdrawals ke liye bohot options haina bro, UPI aur bank transfer sab available hai
2:50- "Juuuust a bit outside!"
Great compilation 👍
00:30 The bat boy came with the Mets. He's from NY. He interfered to 1) get on TV and 2) to make sure NY got the put out.

5:25 This has to be the LAZIEST outfielder ever!
Doesn't try to get the ball, not once, but twice!
Does he know what his job is?

4:34 when did this happen? so many questions lmao

4rabet pe roulette khelna bohot fun hai, har spin pe excitement
Nice catch using your ribs first. 😅
One deserves explanation: How is it called after the ball is "stuck" in the dome and never comes down?
It depends on where exactly in the dome that it hits when getting stuck. 4rabet pe bet lagana easy aur mazedaar hai, kabhi bhi delay nahi hota
What happened to the "stuck" ball?
It got extensive therapy, got unstuck and moved on.
I love baseball! ⚾️ ❤
26:56 Interference by the baserunner. Dead ball, runner is out.
Contrary to popular belief, the runner is not entitled to the baseline there. He needs to allow the fielder the opportunity to get to the ball.
4ra pe sabse best cheese hai ki sab kuch milta hai, live games, casino, crash games, sab kuch
4RA pe cricket betting ka maza hi alag hai, har match pe thrill
I'm convinced the announcers have never seen anything before. Pretty much every play "I've never seen that before".
I don't know that most of these are "bizarre" but they are amazing!
Bhai 4ra pe itne variety of games hain, kabhi bore hone ka chance hi nahi, hamesha kuch naya
14:16 is possibly one of the funniest moments LMAO
Great plays! "Bizarre"? No.
Bizarre:
very strange or unusual, especially so as to cause interest or amusement.
I’d say most of the clips fall under that definition, but that’s just me, and everyone else…
Putting out some great videos
Part 2 is coming
I don't understand some of the rules ( well, actually most of the rules 😂) butim really beginning to enjoy watching baseball ❤

It couldn't be any more profound than the hilarity that ensued when everybody here read your comment and saw that you spelled hilarity "halarty"
4ra ka interface bohot user-friendly hai, easily sab kuch access ho jata hai, maza aata hai
14:16 How in the hell is this not a balk?
No one was on base. The umpire could have called him for an illegal pitch, maybe, but it's really not that different from what Luis Tiant used to do.
@@MrEddrool you can call a balk with no one on base. It's a ball instead of runners advancing.
@@Rockhound6165 that is not true. You can only call it on a quick pitch, which would be a ball with no runners on. Otherwise you can't balk.
4RA ke wheel games bhi interesting hain, har spin pe naya surprise
I give up. So many clips cut off before they were finished.
4rabet pe crash games khelna toh sabse best hai, high risk high reward
With what they must pay for those bats, why do they break so often ?
They pay less than 1000. They do not break that often. They last through hundreds of at bats.
Hmmm, I thot the league paid for them?

7:37 Tries to break bat. Bat gets revenge.
16:45 - How is this an out?
This whole vid could be the orioles and rockies
It's amazing how unathletic these celebrities are that throw out the first pitch !!! That's some pitiful excuses for first pitches lol
You do know it's 60 feet 6 inches to the mound, right? I'd like to see your pitch from 60 feet.
It's just a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured or killed by a shattered bat.. WHY not let the batters use an aluminum BAT??!!
The pitcher would likely be seriously injured or killed by a screaming liner off an aluminum bat.
Bhai 4rabet pe itne saare games hai, live games, casino, crash games, sab kuch!
Just missed the inside corner!
I didn't know the ball could be foul and spin back into fair.
As long as it comes back in before it passes either 1st or 3rd base.
Still throwing spit balls.
Hi
Greatets game on earth!
Gomez was acting like a lil Primadonna. Got other people's stuff wet, broke coolers. As much as they get paid, they can try and act like role models.
Catcher interference Michael
This is great
Thanks brother 💪
39:00. FYI. That was ruled a foul ball and not a catch. I bet you don't know why. 😉
Because they paid the refs the most
left the field of play.
the 2 disengagement rule is the dumbest of many dumb rules in baseball.
You steal the vids and then you insert totally stupid clips as, what, commentary?
4ra ke wheel games bhi interesting hain, har spin pe naya surprise
Realcartagens
