@@ToastiestWafflewe did it for the entirety of the nfl until 3-4 years ago. Ever hear of ray lewis. Better start calling linemen for “helmet hits” they do it every play
@@ToastiestWaffle Imagine thinking that getting hit in the head in a full-contact sport _isn't_ inevitable. Jackson clearly doesn't do it on purpose; he leads with his shoulder on every hit. He does all he can to jar the ball out of the hand of the carrier, and sometimes it leads to a bad hit like it did when he got ejected against the Redskins. However, his hit against Meyers was legal; Meyers slipped. Hit against Mosgrave was legal. Only other questionable hit was against Dobbs, but even then, most people, including players, I've heard talk on it say they don't see much wrong with it. Times have, and Kareem is still playing like the oldschool player he is. He isn't dirty, he just plays harder like they used to.
I know this isn't even relevant to the video but I respect one detail of every scuffle and ejection in the NFL. When one player gets in drama whether or not he started it the teammates of which member had been involved will step in to defend and protect their fellow teammates at all costs
not all are malicious. its easy to say that when you watch a play in slow motion, but if you ever actually played then you would understand that sometimes you just cant help it. dudes hitting a guy high w/ the crown would be a yes, which is why they eject those players. but, in less than the time the average person can even react, leading with the shoulder means turning your head and sometimes things just happen. hell, running at 18-20 mph to a spot with more than 1 person will result in some form of collision, someone gets hurt/popped/etc and everyone acts like that wasnt the expected outcome. the expectation of perfect precision, and with fans assuming intent, is not reasonable 100% of the time. your suggestion of a massive suspension would not only be useless, it would remove football as a sport. you want to stop this type of hit? remove the helmets/excess pads like rugby and people would stop using they heads as a weapon. the problem with that? it does the same thing as your suggestion and stops being "football". although I would argue it would still be football seeing as thats how the game originated. no masks, no heavy plastics.
Even though it is a penalty to throw the ball forward. You can keep doing it to run as much time off the clock as possible. The clock will not stop until the play is over.
I find it annoying when no teammates attempt to break things up or stop someone from doing something stupid. Like that first one with Greenlaw. Someone should have walked him away earlier. Like it's just protecting your team and teammates by calming them down
Your no longer allowed to launch at a receiver couple of these hits like broncos packers he didn't try to wrap him up or anything he launch at his ass to try knocking the ball of his hands, you aren't allowed to do that anymore.
I have a little question about the ref's hand signals. When a player is ejected, the ref usually signals with his fist and thumb pointing backwards over his shoulder, and announces that the player is "ejected". But in these clips, the ref never makes that motion with his thumb, and instead of the word "ejected" they say he is "disqualified". Is this a new procedure?
"Looks like there's going to be a brawl! playing anything good?" "HELL YEAH! ROLLIN STONES STREET FIGHTIN MAN!!! G! 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Funny how the defense is not allowed to use their head to tackle...but the runner can lower his head and go head first when running the ball. We see it all the time in short yardage runs, the RB lower his head and goes head first into the pile. This includes the runner diving forward Yet no one see the foolishness of the rule. If they stop the defense from using their head, the offense shouldn't be allowed to use their either
I gave up on football as soon as they started calling that BS, extremely one sided rule that completely nullifies an entire aspect of defensive play. I don't like seeing people get hurt, but that rule doesn't fix or address the problem. The equipment design is the problem, remove helmets and redesign the shoulder pads to be slimmer/softer, then it will be entertaining again.

The player punched the team security then drew his fingernail across his face. The guy reacted by pushing him away. They were both ejected from the game. I personally think that ejecting the team security guy was unwarranted considering he didn’t throw any punches and he simply pushed the attacker away without retaliating. Especially as the security guy was on the sidelines, out of the field of play. The referee actually probably didn’t have the authority to throw him out of the game because he was not a player and he wasn’t in the field of play. Of course, umpires in baseball have thrown fans out of the ballpark for disparaging their calls so this would be no different. The player was actually trying to get to the head coach to fight him and the security guy was in the way, doing his job protecting the head coach from being assaulted.
@@richardbeckenbaugh1805 I don't know what you were watching but that fat slob was in the grey as the tackle was being made. I'm not biased, I hate both teams. LOL.
The ejection of 49ers Lenoir was really ticky tacky. What is he SUPPOSED to do? Let his teammate get assaulted? Lenoir didn't throw any blows, he just tried to get someone off of his teammate.
Dom ain'tshit. That said, if you're going to have a wannabe goon down on the sideline, that person needs to be out of the way and not right up on the field of play.

Now, if only my Vikings can start beating the Eagles more often(not counting 2018-19 season)
I get the helmet to helmet calls, it’s for all the players safety. But to disqualify a player because of it…..idk it just seems soft. Players back in the day had broken teeth busted noses, lips and blood on their jerseys and they still played a hell of a game. I miss when an unnecessary roughness call was a punch to the face

I know this isn't even relevant to the video but I respect one detail of every scuffle and ejection in the NFL. When one player gets in drama whether or not he started it the teammates of which member had been involved will step in to defend and protect their fellow teammates at all costs
EARLY GANG 🙋♀️
Love ya K-Jack thanks for making football watchable for at least one more year…
7:15 seen this hit happen right in front of me everyone around me was mostly ravens fans and even they wanted Hamilton gone
Good on them. That hit was disgusting.
5:01 They’re playing Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf. Love that song!

Love how #23 gets up like “what?”
2:50 W Noah Fant for not doing anything except trying to pull DK back
Fat Dom getting ejected pretty much broke that team lmao. 🤣
Yep I guess he was the (extremely fat) glue that held the team together
Y'all, are fucked in the head. Dom isn't fat and he should never have been ejected.
@@samoliver9132 keep praying bum
Kareem Jackson starting to look like Vontez Burfictt
Honestly helmet to helmet should result in 4-5 week suspensions imo, they are so dangerous and malicious
not all are malicious. its easy to say that when you watch a play in slow motion, but if you ever actually played then you would understand that sometimes you just cant help it.
dudes hitting a guy high w/ the crown would be a yes, which is why they eject those players.
but, in less than the time the average person can even react, leading with the shoulder means turning your head and sometimes things just happen. hell, running at 18-20 mph to a spot with more than 1 person will result in some form of collision, someone gets hurt/popped/etc and everyone acts like that wasnt the expected outcome. the expectation of perfect precision, and with fans assuming intent, is not reasonable 100% of the time. your suggestion of a massive suspension would not only be useless, it would remove football as a sport.
you want to stop this type of hit? remove the helmets/excess pads like rugby and people would stop using they heads as a weapon. the problem with that? it does the same thing as your suggestion and stops being "football". although I would argue it would still be football seeing as thats how the game originated. no masks, no heavy plastics.
Like it's just protecting your team and teammates by calming them down
Kareem Jackson AGAIN! He reminds me of Jack Tatum. One tough hitter
Metcalf couldn't see the ball so he probably thought Warner still had the ball.
Metcalf is a PAB with ZERO emotional intelligence!!! Betcha he throws a temper tantrum like a 5 year old when they forget his fries.
Jackson is doing his job. Anybody who watched Ed Reed knows he did the same
I miss the old days when there was tackling. Now they just launch their bodies and try to knock each other down (or out).
Those WERE the old days...
@@DontActuallyWannaDiefr face masks and horseshoes used to common
Fat Dom was the begging of the end for the eagles franchise lmao
People don’t understand that it’s ok to have a big hit on someone as long as you don’t lead with your head
That's exactly what happened in the Bronco vs Packer game but Jackson still got ejected 🤦🏿♂️
What John Doe said. They're trying to make examples out of people like Kareem Jackson.
Actually, no it’s not, you hit someone in the midsection with your shoulder that flag os flying for unnecessary roughness
Your no longer allowed to launch at a receiver couple of these hits like broncos packers he didn't try to wrap him up or anything he launch at his ass to try knocking the ball of his hands, you aren't allowed to do that anymore.
@@aryksanchez5070 boy ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS RULES CHANGED
Taking all the sauce out the game!
That last hit got me
That was a good hit by Kazee. That one is on the QB
11:30 I love how she took control of the situation! Lol
Putting girl officials in into men's sport is woke trash, pure and simple. Ruining sport.
Hell it was her fault the fight started. She was late blowing the whistle to stop the play.
I could hear “see you next Tuesday”
What was she even doing in the that situation. She didn’t do shit, she technically provoked some of them to fucking punch each other
I have a little question about the ref's hand signals. When a player is ejected, the ref usually signals with his fist and thumb pointing backwards over his shoulder, and announces that the player is "ejected". But in these clips, the ref never makes that motion with his thumb, and instead of the word "ejected" they say he is "disqualified". Is this a new procedure?
i’ve noticed that too. it must be bc i never recognized that before
A few years ago, the wording was "Number 97 has disqualified himself from the game"
be sure to have the teammates congratulate you on the ejections instead of confirming the danger and telling them to knock it off
NFL fights lol. That’s why I love hockey.
The showboating and self-congratulatory antics is destroying the game.
8:53 don’t know about this one but ig those is how the NFL is nowadays
should just rename this to DK Metcalf's 2023 highlights. Dude has zero composure
Go Hawks!
I can't believe 88 for the packers held onto the hall after that absolutely brutal helmet hit from Jackson
Might want to update this when the season's over, Derrick Brown and Cam Robinson got tossed.
"Looks like there's going to be a brawl! playing anything good?"
"HELL YEAH!
This includes the runner diving forward
Yet no one see the foolishness of the rule. If they stop the defense from using their head, the offense shouldn't be allowed to use their either
To be fair the NFL has been fining offensive players for it, but yeah weird it’s not a personal foul.
Not to mention RBs grab defenders face masks all the time and throw them to the ground. Different rules for the offense.
Complete BS and just tells you that they really don’t care about saftey,
They just want big offensive plays and high scores
I gave up on football as soon as they started calling that BS, extremely one sided rule that completely nullifies an entire aspect of defensive play. I don't like seeing people get hurt, but that rule doesn't fix or address the problem. The equipment design is the problem, remove helmets and redesign the shoulder pads to be slimmer/softer, then it will be entertaining again.
@@RLB540 You gave up on football, champ, but here you are.

Yeah, the Paul Blart wannabe should have stayed in his lane instead of inserting himself into a situation he had ZERO business inserting himself into.
I could be OK with it if a full-on fight is happening but otherwise. Forget it.
