my Leon Cupra struggles to start, just cranks and backfires, starts after turning ignition on and off a few times and pressing the accelerator, struggles with torque down low in the rpm's too doesn't pull like it did, feels almost like boost leak but I'm pretty sure its not that as the top end of the engine was rebuilt a month ago so it could be the sensor plugged in badly or just tampered with when it was off. I'll try find a store that sells this part tomorrow and if it fixed it I'll tell you. if you've got the same problems anyways. scanned my car and i got 3 codes, 2 of them are cat related cause I have a decat and haven't mapped the car to it yet but the third was cam sensor

Hello. Have you had any problems with this since?? With it been an aftermarket part? My tt bam has the exact same codes but people swear to only use oem parts. And if its all good, I dont suppose you could provide a link for the part?? Thanks for the information on the video. Doesn't look too difficult at least aha
Hi bro great in depth clear video, I'm loving the BAM engine. I hope you can give me some advice. I have a AUQ 180bhp code P0011. Camshaft position, intake left font bank timing over advanced. Do you think this would be the camshaft position sensor, or the oil control valve if these engines have one, and where would it be. I hope you can help me.
no the timing belt only goes to the exhaust camshaft ...... there is also a timing chain that goes around the exhaust and intake camshaft that keep everything in time..
I just changed mine in a 2001 Audi TT . The fault codes were p0010 and p0012. After changing it a buzzing sound that sounds like it’s sucking liquid started at the front of the engine. Even with everything turned off and the keys out of the ignition the sound would not stop so I just took the negative cable off the battery to stop it. What would you suggest has gone wrong? I even used a computer to erase the faulty codes and it just won’t stop making this noise at the front of the engine even with he engine turned off
FYI you need to disconnect your battery to re set the code on a GTI 1.8t had the code clear with a scanner and wouldn’t pick up the new sensor… disconnected the battery and boom gone finally picked up the new sensor
Thank the lord for you my guy🙏🏽I was wondering why my code was still popping up after I changed the camshaft sensor, I saw your comment and no more code and runs so much smoother. Thank you mate👍🏽
Please My 2005 Audi A4 B6 model was hard to start. It takes over four to five attempts before the car is able to start. As a result, I got the car scanned and the Camshaft position sensor was identified as the problem. I quickly got the old sensor replaced with a new one but my car still hesitates to start. Even when it starts, the engine runs roughly. I have changed the fuel pump and I changed both spark plugs and coils but the car keeps giving me problems. I also changed the airflow sensor. I need your help. These other codes were revealed during another scan: P0341, P0300, P0420 CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BEHOLD THRESHOLD

It’s the electric water pump, it goes off eventually
Did you change all 4 sensors?
What type of exhaust system you have on your 1.8t??
That's a 3inch straight through Cobra system. Best exhaust for these cars.
I really hope this solves my p0011 fault as welll

thank you
Difficult to starting and high temperatures it's cause the effects of splitting water and oil
What for exhaust do you have ?
