Thank you. Very helpful and easy to follow. My daddy passed away without teaching me how to use the tractor and now I'm trying to learn how so that I can continue to take cared of his place.

My son bought a JD5300 and we have a small Kubota 2000. I was used to the Kubota and have been apprehensive about operating the JD since it is considerably bigger and more powerful. After your video I feel confident that I can now operate the JD well enough to begin getting good at it. Thanks a lot. These videos were very helpful and you are a good teacher. You didn't miss anything.

It was like being a little kid sitting on dad’s lap, learning to operate the tractor. Thank you soooo much because I didn’t have that opportunity growing up. Well done and well explained!!!

Thanks Greg! I have some pallets on a big flatbed coming this week & my neighbor here in Bryan, Texas offered to lend me his tractor (just like yours), he has some pallet blades on his, and I asked him to help out me out. His answer was "I'll leave the keys in the tractor" Hehe, yea, I do know how to operate an old Ford farm tractor, but that was forever ago, so thanks to you & my neighbor, 'yall tak'in care of the neighbors now!.... I will look like I know what I'm doing, and especially will operate safely thanks to your well produced and edited video. I owe you a jug of cider friend - Doug

Thank you very much. You have a very pleasant, calm demeanour. Learning from you would be great. I’ve noted your directions. Thank you again. Looking forward to learning more from you. Especially larger tractors that do not require gear changes. Keep up the great work. Cheers.

In the bucket curl I thought left was curl up and right was curl down? I’m sure you can switch the hydraulics to whichever you prefer but I think that’s how it normally is

Nicely done. Thank you. Have you done anything on John Deere model options, other manufacturers for comparison? I see that is a 453, or 553? Looks perfect for a small farm operation looking to buy new or used. Just curios on how you select which manufacturer and size.

hey when you lift and lower the mower, why do you have 2 different levers? You showed the one in a different video as being up and down but then you showed using both ofthem? What does the 2nd one do? Little confused on that..Thanks for any advise.

Could you do a video on the front wheel drive and when and how to engage, I have some very hilly property and wondering about should I always have it in four wheel drive, also any advice about coming down a very steep hill. I need to spread gravel on a newly created road going up the hill.
Thanks for the videos, just got a used 4700 anxious to get to work.

Loved these three videos but what is your background as you are clearly no farmer. I am guessing teacher or musician. Had all this suff explained to me as a kid by friends and family but it never took this long to explain. Decent explanations for beginners. One point is never mount or dismount at the hydraulic control side and leave hydraulics on the ground where possible. Death by misadventure not unheard of on farms. Murphy say if something gonna fall, crush, twist or grab one day or another it WILL.
