Surprised you didn't mention all the Krispy Kreme product placement, especially where everything just cuts out for a few seconds in the final battle for Rita to eat a fucking doughnut (which I will admit was hilarious, but still)
I had this exact line in my review, something like "It's not a good sign that the movie starts being bad when it starts being Power Rangers." It got cut due to the pacing of the video, haha...
I realise I am replying to a comment made 3 years ago and it’s a joke comment, but krispy Kreme exists outside of the United States, every time I see dunkin donuts in a movie I know as an Australian I’m not going to care or understand a chunk of this film.
The design of this movie just puts me off so hard... Like, why go with the generic, Michael Bay's Transformers-inspired, cluttered designs for the suits and zords when it could have set itself apart? I'm not saying I know how to reconcile the old 90's blocky robot dinosaurs with modern audience sensibilities, but at least it could have looked recognizable. I'm glad they put a focus on character building, but the aesthetic of Power Rangers is a huge part of what's made it so iconic. Taking that out just makes it feel soulless, puts off long time fans, and gives new audiences nothing to grab onto. Also, Bulk and Skull are the best characters, and their absence is criminal.
Mcmos9000 I thought the designs looked a lot better in the actual film than still images suggested. They reminded me a lot of the Guyver, or Blue Beetle.
I think both of you are right, but that it is important to make sure that the designs look appealing both for still ads and for merchandise, which they don’t.
When you are playing an open world game and using the burnt out storefront of a donut shop as your base of operation (despite the game giving you a clear player home to do so)
Thank you for being a reviewer who actually talks about things the movie did right. Lot of reviewers just list what it did wrong then judge it without mentioning the things that a movie did right.
I have no interest in Power Rangers, I just really like your reviews. Not a fan of the passive plays, but if that's what keeps you going so you can do your reviews, then by all means.
Believe it or not, I do think Bulk and Skull were in this movie. At the beginning, after the fall of Zordon, Jason is pulling a prank with two unnamed friends. One of which is an overweight dude, the other is a skinny dude they had on lookout duty. These two are never named, and they are not seen again after this incident. I 100% believe these friends were supposed to be Bulk and Skull. It even makes sense in the context of MMPR, that once upon a time, Bulk, Skull, and Jason were friends that had a falling out. As the very first introduction of the duo is them walking up to Jason. They want him to teach them to "Beat people up." And he decides to mess around with them because he knows that, as hard as they want to make themselves look, they're harmless. His interaction with them feels like former friends more than just a guy giving the bullies a taste of their own medicine. Which makes it to where calling the bully character in this, "Bulk", actually wouldn't make sense. But I agree, even though I do think they were in this movie. They need to be in it more. And screw these make-shift bullies they created for this movie.
I'm a bit worried that there won't be other movies. This made more than it's budget, yes, but on a $100 million budget, it only earned around $120 million.
While you are technically correct, the Ice Age movies have always made more than double their budget. This movie couldn't even make that. Unless it does well in DVD sales, the chances of another Power Rangers movie is somewhat slimmer than once before. While yes, the studio is considering making more movies, if it can't make a sufficient amount of money on this one, then why make more?
It has not had its China release yet because there was some concern about having a gay character, but it has since been green lit for the film to be brought to china I think next month uncut, it should make a lot more money after that.
To this day, my main critique is one I had walking out of the theatre. Should've just not had the zords/megazord. Do the combo weapon blaster to facilitate the team building aspect.
I agree, the first 3/4 were AMAZING and the last 20 minutes was a complete shift in tone (regressing to more childish), but I didn't mind it. I went to see it for a fun superhero movie and that's what we got, with the added bonus of fantastic characters and good acting.
That "BY GAWD, THAT MAN IS BROKEN IN HALF!" literally caused me to laugh so hard, I couldn't breathe! Suplex! Suplex! Suplex! LMAO WWE shit right there!
Glad I found someone with the same opinion on the movie as me. I love the everything but the end. The end was kinda enjoyable but doesn't compare to the beginning.
Woahwoah Woah! Did you just say ALL of the Avengers act/talk the same? Are you telling me having Cap say something Thor-raque like: "Verily I'll smite ye" or having the Hulk act all wholesome like Cap wouldn't be jarring? In the OG power rangers EVERYONE is interchangeable!
I wouldn't say that either. Vision (appropriately) acts like a weird robo-man, where-as Spidey is childish and Scarlet Witch is surly. The thing MCU exceeds most in is diverse and unique characterization.
Yeah, but those are still very surface elements. The characters could still have their roles in the story switched without much effort. It didn't really matter (except in a couple of cases) which side the characters were on in Civil War. What he was trying to explain was something that you can't really get an idea of just by looking at it. It's an exercise. Can you swap the roles of the characters around without a great deal of effort. The more interchangeable they are, the less distinct they are. Quinton wasn't necessarily saying that the Avengers characters are bad, but that among the things Power Rangers actually did better than a lot of other superhero movies was having its characters be more specific. Specificity is a trait that's died in a lot modern films, and it's the reason why the last 20 minutes almost ruins the whole experience of Power Rangers: It falls back into being a non-specific superhero action film in 2017. A major issue I have with Marvel movies is that everyone is a witty quipster. Spiderman may do it the most, but every character gets one. And when everyone is witty, no one is. The characters DO have distinct personality and characterization, but it gets distilled somewhat by the character of the film as a whole to the point where they all kind of melt. If anything, Marvel movies tend to squander all that characterization when it's time to be an action movie (much like this one does in its final moments). And, again, that's the problem with this movie and why it sticks out so much as terrible: It waits until the last moment to do all the uninspired, character-ruining crap that most superhero movies do peppered throughout.
i dont know how i havent heard of this channel before, i just binged for hours (including your second channel) and i sorta kinda shit my pants and tore my abdominal muscles from laughing
+mizakh1219 I mean it was a Marvel Super Hero film that covered themes of loss, death, dementia, alzhiemers, and illness and didn't come off as forced. If you're a fan of the Wolverine comics this is the sort of movie you wanted, he's not really a happy character in the comics if you hadn't noticed.
i came to to the cinema to feel like a kid again, watching power rangers until the big battle the movie was very good and explored the characters better then i expected i got hyped and i loved the battle, the zords, the megazord and everything. what i'm trying to say is - i know this isn't a great movie. power rangers was never great to begin with, and this was exactly what i wanted and what i got. A silly tale of 5 kids who always win and are having great fun while fighting evil. THIS is the very spirit of Power Rangers, and you have to be aware of that to enjoy it.
I honestly don't give at about power rangers but in watched this all the way through because I love the way you review it with all the dialectics and plus you're hilarious.
i never really saw a problem with the suit design, i agree up close they don't look great, hopefully if there is another they'll look better. I had to think a bit on the last act for the zords part and yeah it was kinda a let down when they weren't in ground combat for more then a couple shots, i wish for the theme song they had used a cover version or something because yeah it was just so out of place, some other youtuber's said that Rita was hard to take seriously and the suits were goofy, but i feel like the actor did a good maniacal version of her, and the suits were pretty cool
My only gripe other than the Krispy Kreme, is that Trini really felt forced in - which is weird because she's one of the five Power Rangers. It made no sense for Rita to go to Trini's home - she was the outcast? She sat there with the rest of them and told her story, Kimberly didn't. Yeah, she wasn't initially gung-ho about being friends with them, but that campfire scene was when she should have connected. Rita should have gone to Kimberly sensing that she couldn't even connect with the other four - or if she knew Billy was the sole locator of the Shard, why not go to his home and threaten him? This is why it feels like they wrote themselves in a corner with leaving out things for Trini to do, so they last minute decided 'give her the Rita encounter'. Trini also didn't do anything in the main fight either, she jumped on Goldar once, and then just kinda... Hung around off screen killing things. I felt less connection to her than the others and in my opinion she was the weakest character, despite them doing the 'She's gay and misunderstood and doesn't draw attention to herself' schtick.
Heuch Gack Umm?? You're comment made no sense and was plain stupid. If youre taking about the part where kimberly takes trini with her, sure but she was just *shying away* the next day she came back on her own then later on to zacks camp fire on her own also. Just because she "admitted" she was a lesbian means nothing. She could of been into zack also
Of course, so you're saying she was more likely to be in a relationship with another girl at that moment? Than why would she be hanging out with the other guys? In the first teaser you could see kim and jason kissing but that was cut out and i they focused more on trini and zack. Hmmm.. i wonder why? They've even said they were stalking each other on the minefields. He was on the trains and she was on the rocks.
I was completely anti this movie but I ended up loving it! All the flaws to me came out as pro's. The suits look cheap you say well to me that's great reminds me of the cheapness of the 90's suits. Things like that which are flaws came off as nostalgic and only this film could get away with that.
Let’s be honest, the atrocious soundtrack was the worst. I was genuinely sad during Billy’s death until a hipster pop remake of Stand By Me started playing. I hate that hipster pop trope of taking a classic song and making it “prettier”.
The characters are amazing, the graphics are great, and overall it's a very fun movie. In the end, the plot is tied up very, very poorly. Honestly, it's probably my favorite movie of the last two years, but... If I was telling someone about it, I would have to clarify that the plot makes it feel like two thirds of a movie.
I loved Power Rangers 2017. I mean, I thought the ending fight was a really good brawl. Yeah, the build up is a lot better, but I was not dissatisfied by what it led to.
The last 20 minutes was the best part lmao I have so many problems with the movie but my biggest complaint is nothing settles in. I can't feel anything because they have so many sub plots that they start and resolve in less than 5 minutes. One scene in particular didn't work because Zordon explained something related to it not even 10 minutes before so you knew exactly what was going to happen and it was done in 5 minutes anyway. Absolutely awful.
my friends and i genuinely loved this movie (though i agree we believed the "power rangers" parts esp toward the end to be laughable). we fell in love with the characters. we really want a sequel, but it looks like that wont be happening....
the avengers don't all "sound the same" lmao, imagine switching captain america and iron man's lines around, or thor and iron man's, or bruce banner and thor's, etc. definitely the power rangers fanboyishness bubbling to the surface
Billy and Jason are good. Kimberly is ok. Zack and trini suck. The direction and editing is one of the worst parts. The movie is trying so hard to look 'cinematic' that even basic dialogue scenes are shot so close and shaky and with such choppy editing that I get whiplash just watching it. I couldn't even tell you what the spaceship looked like because it was shot in a way that I never really got to look at it. The pacing also sucks. It feels like the first act of a movie stretched over 2 hours. They should have morphed at the end of the first act. Also a lot of dialogue scenes just feel like characters babbling over the top of one another, rather than actual dialogue. As you said, the action is not good, the villain doesn't fit the movie at all, and the designs are uninteresting, and because of the cheap cgi they are kind of hard to look at sometimes. But the megazord did a German suplex, so 10/10, what a great movie.
nah that just a cameo of jason david frank and amy jo johnson to tickle the nostalgia glands (the nostalgia appeal was too much in my honest opinion. Especially going with the character ensemble of the MMPR series through the 'modernization' excuse when a completely from-scratch team could have been formed..., like what assassins creed did hello)
Great review, I have heard a lot of negative feedback for this movie and I wanted to get a real fan of the series opinion. I'm surprised you were so positive, the points you bring up are legitimate and we'll said.
The beginning of on an ad I got on this video asked me questions that were... unique. Here is some of them. Do you have PTSD? Have you ever killed a kid? Have you shot someone? Did you agree to be there? Did someone you know was killed? What was the hardest thing you done overseas?
I came into this review worried this would be a 20 minute version of MovieBob's "review" of the movie, but instead I'm happily surprised by you actually giving good points and (gasp) actual constructive criticism. Admittedly, I don't necessarily agree with some of what you said, especially the part about modern superhero movie dialogue being almost interchangeable between characters, but I am glad you took the time to actually give good points and opinions on some of the film. BTW, what do you have against Linkara?
I was very big into Power Rangers back in the day. I'm tempted to watch some Super Sentai or Kamen Rider sometime. I haven't seen this movie. Ever since Transformers 2, I've realized that these movies are more about banking on nostalgia and fans, and less about entertaining the fans. Sometimes they can be fun, but that's the way business goes.
For your thumbnail I would have switched the Red and Black helmets, since Jason was the jock of the group and Zach was the over-compensating troublemaker. Plus I never saw Bender as the leader of the group in Breakfast Club.
Sadly, this movie is underperforming at the box office. After four weeks. it made only 119 million dollars. Barely over it's 100 million budget without taking the marketing in account. Reboot the franchise and make it into a tv show instead.
I dont hate the new suits. I like that they gave them different silhouettes instead of just morph suit and helmet. I dont mind them being robotic suits, but it's alien technology, so you'd expect it to look more alien. It is clear in some shots when its the cg suit and when it's a costume. I also hate this trend in action movies of just sticking women in catsuits or generic body armor. Rita's design is iconic and helped to emphasize her as a character. It doesn't have to be cartoonishly garish, but a catsuit with cutouts and accessories doesn't say "Rita Repulsa"
I would've preferred the colors to be at least two or three shades brighter, instead of having everything color corrected like a Zack Snyder movie. Also Goldor looks like golden diarrhea.
BEEELEEE or, as Jay from RLM said "Gelatinous Piss." I really don't like the trend of movies muting their colors just to make everything look gritty. Like it feels unnatural to see colors not be as bright as they should be. I think a good rule of thumb is that, if you watch a movie in 480p and you can still make out the individual shapes and color scheme, then it's a good looking movie.
Your commentary about the Avengers makes no sense. If Stark was meant to deliver a line about the AI in Ultron and they had Cap do it, I'd notice something was off immediately.
For a one-of movie, I can excuse not having Bulk and Skull. If they're making a franchise out of the movies, or a TV show? There had BETTER be Bulk and Skull. Those character arcs be powerful, yo.
I'll be honest. This movie wasn't as bad as I first thought it was going to be. I thought Alpha looked a little silly and that Bryan Cranston as Zordon was kind underutilized. I did enjoy Rita for the most part she was way more threatening in this then she ever was but Goldar could have been done better. I like the original version of him better then the movie one. My take from this movie though was that it was a kind of realistic movie in how teenagers would act when thrown into the situation that the movie put them. The movie wasn't the greatest but I'm willing to see the sequel if it ever gets one because I think they can improve and maybe the next one will be better.
What was the worst a movie has burned you? Mine would have to be (logan spoilers): When they wasted Charles and his death was caused by an unnecessary plot element. They proabably didn't want to kill Charles and logan close to eachother, but still, he had such a whatever send off. I feel like Charles should have been instrumental, he should have gone mental to allow wolverine to get the upper hand on bingus-24 because his regen power was way better. That massive waste was on my mind for the rest of the movie, all I could think about right after was how pissed I was that they did that because if they didn't it probably would've been one of my favorite movies ever.
I think the intention was to make that thing that you mentioned feel sudden, disappointing, and a waste. Disappointment is the mood that hangs over the entire film, and I thought the scene that comes right after ("and there's the lake..." was powerful and drove that emotion home. It was purposeful, and they make it clear that this movie isn't there to fulfill your wishes.
I get that, but, the way they did it was terrible. In my version take away the bullshit and focus on one villain, the cybernetics guy, take out x-24 because he was super unnecessary and out of place in a non-comic booky movie, then rather than the fight scene, logan just walks in to find him dead. That'd be way better! If he just dies of old age overnight, as opposed to random shock value death that is so badly contructed that it's awkwardly interconnected with a pointless action scene with a dumb pointless clone. Like imagine if luke had to stop talking to vader with his helmet off because boba fett was trying to fight him, fucking terrible.
I totally felt what Quinton felt at the end of the film, but part of me enjoyed it still. But I'm willing to admit that is just me being easy to please once you've given me characters to care about. I do hope that in a future sequel, if we get one, the movie concentrates on what the first one did best and try to go in a different direction on the action sequences and designs that were all things we've seen a thousand times before.
You should check out some of the older stuff. I love both Power Rangers and Super Sentai both had a ton of work put into them and it's pretty cool seeing the differences between the series. I can also agree with you on that, to many people look at them with the thought that one ripped off the other when they're both great on their own.
Surprised you didn't mention all the Krispy Kreme product placement, especially where everything just cuts out for a few seconds in the final battle for Rita to eat a fucking doughnut (which I will admit was hilarious, but still)
AuraLink I read this the one time he says Kripsy Kreme
I liked the Krispy Kreme. It was the stupid and fun version of product placement.
Wait Krispy Kreme was a real product I thought it was the power rangers version of Krabby Patty
It was surprisingly competent, but the Power Rangers part of Power Rangers was the worst part
I had this exact line in my review, something like "It's not a good sign that the movie starts being bad when it starts being Power Rangers." It got cut due to the pacing of the video, haha...
i consider it the best part.
Sounds like a review of this channel.
"Step 7: ADD BULK AND SKULL, FUCK YOU." Agreed. XD
Why would the power that earth runs off be at crispy kreme, everybody know's the world runs on dunkin.

Joel Atkinson Well that’s a shame dunkin is waaay better than Krispy Kreme
@@joelatkinson4967 Dude, German here and every big City has at least one Dunkin Donuts while Crispy Kreme seemed to be overwhelmingly in Britain
I can say my review of Power Rangers in one sentece: The Breakfast Club with Mechas. Gr8 m8 8/8
You mean...Bulk isn't in the movie?
"Hey, I've seen you before. You're great!"
Hey Lyle! Fancy meeting you here!

Sure Quinton. Sure.
He doesnt need anybody he's getting fucked by the army now
That was adorable
Exactly
lmao "back to the Krispy Kreme"
When you are playing an open world game and using the burnt out storefront of a donut shop as your base of operation (despite the game giving you a clear player home to do so)
The Megazord looks like if the designers for the Transformers in the movies gave up

Capitán Bastos the passive plays that he actually doesnt play video games are pretty funny, especially the ebay one
But I agree that they don't belong on this channel. So from now on they'll be on the second channel.
Quinton Reviews
Nah you're stupid. leave them
good idea to move them actually
No, he should keep them here!!!!
I really didnt expect this to be a rather positive review
ive got to say, its amazing how you can cut together clips from different ads to make a full scene

They should've bullied Billy for being gay. Would've been genius.
Lord Tzeentch
The original actor for Billy (David Yost) was constantly both harrased and bullied by the film crew due to being homosexual.

Huh. Perhaps there are better chances for a sequel after all.
the green ranger was already confirmed soooo
I argue the opposite with Civil War. There was enough individuality between the ensemble of characters in there
I think this is true with Iron Man, CA, and Spider-Man... But I can't say the same for the rest of them.
Quinton Reviews falcon, black widow, are the only 2 that stick out too me I never thought scar jo made a good black widow lol.
I always liked how Hawkeye sticks from the rest. My favorite.

The Great Shadilay Even I enjoyed it.

I thought it was the weakest part, but still entertaining.
I typically find the last fights in superhero movies fun probably because i shut my mind down and watch it for entertainment than for message

She could of been into zack also
... Shes confirmed as lesbian. You're saying my whole comment is stupid but focus on one part. Why even bother replying.
Heuch Gack "Confirmed" either way it could of been a past thing.
... Because thats more likely. 'Okay'
Funny how the new movie used the old movie's theme.
RPM is the best series. If the original Power Rangers is Adam West, RPM is TDK.
All my misgivings about the third act were forgiven after the green ranger fan service at the end
I was completely anti this movie but I ended up loving it! All the flaws to me came out as pro's. The suits look cheap you say well to me that's great reminds me of the cheapness of the 90's suits. Things like that which are flaws came off as nostalgic and only this film could get away with that.
Not to me it was 2017 the suits should be better not cheap looking
Let’s be honest, the atrocious soundtrack was the worst. I was genuinely sad during Billy’s death until a hipster pop remake of Stand By Me started playing. I hate that hipster pop trope of taking a classic song and making it “prettier”.
When daddy Quinton uploads
The characters are amazing, the graphics are great, and overall it's a very fun movie. In the end, the plot is tied up very, very poorly. Honestly, it's probably my favorite movie of the last two years, but... If I was telling someone about it, I would have to clarify that the plot makes it feel like two thirds of a movie.
quinton youre a very very good reviewer. Keep it up man youre doing great
I loved Power Rangers 2017. I mean, I thought the ending fight was a really good brawl. Yeah, the build up is a lot better, but I was not dissatisfied by what it led to.
You almost have 100k subs! sick dude
Also liked the suits. The traditional sentai look would have clashed WAAAY too much with the way they “grounded” things.
The last 20 minutes was the best part lmao
I have so many problems with the movie but my biggest complaint is nothing settles in. I can't feel anything because they have so many sub plots that they start and resolve in less than 5 minutes. One scene in particular didn't work because Zordon explained something related to it not even 10 minutes before so you knew exactly what was going to happen and it was done in 5 minutes anyway. Absolutely awful.
It's incredible that you managed to get idubbbz for this video.
my friends and i genuinely loved this movie (though i agree we believed the "power rangers" parts esp toward the end to be laughable). we fell in love with the characters. we really want a sequel, but it looks like that wont be happening....
the avengers don't all "sound the same" lmao, imagine switching captain america and iron man's lines around, or thor and iron man's, or bruce banner and thor's, etc. definitely the power rangers fanboyishness bubbling to the surface
When you said "eventual sequel" you gave me so much false hope.
I really hope they don't make Tommy a girl in the next movie. There's really no reason and it would just be a slap in the face to old school fans.
nah that just a cameo of jason david frank and amy jo johnson to tickle the nostalgia glands
(the nostalgia appeal was too much in my honest opinion. Especially going with the character ensemble of the MMPR series through the 'modernization' excuse when a completely from-scratch team could have been formed..., like what assassins creed did hello)
That last frame is on point
>inevitable sequel
>box office disappointment
>Saban abandons the trademark
Spoke too soon there
A sequel has been announced
I wish there had been a sequel.
Great review, I have heard a lot of negative feedback for this movie and I wanted to get a real fan of the series opinion. I'm surprised you were so positive, the points you bring up are legitimate and we'll said.
i thought it was alright, good enough that i would be excited for a sequel if they crack down and make a tighter film
That linkara impersonation
Tre magnifique
And *platonic* best friend-
It’s a damn shame that we didn’t get a sequel to this, it had so much potential
13:01 - 13:13 isn't that how the Paladins learned to form Voltron?
I actually disagree, I thought the buildup was absolute garbage, while the final battle was great. Great review though!
The beginning of on an ad I got on this video asked me questions that were... unique. Here is some of them.
Do you have PTSD?
Have you ever killed a kid?
Have you shot someone?
Did you agree to be there?
Did someone you know was killed?
What was the hardest thing you done overseas?
It took me a second to get the thumbnail...
I was goin in ready to be let down but am mucho satisfied
I came into this review worried this would be a 20 minute version of MovieBob's "review" of the movie, but instead I'm happily surprised by you actually giving good points and (gasp) actual constructive criticism. Admittedly, I don't necessarily agree with some of what you said, especially the part about modern superhero movie dialogue being almost interchangeable between characters, but I am glad you took the time to actually give good points and opinions on some of the film.
BTW, what do you have against Linkara?
I hum the power rangers theme song 3 times in the movie so I could some how enjoy the movie a bit more.
I kind of want to know what bbc show you had up there.
Class. It's just as generic as it sounds.
"HOLY SHIT GUYS THEY TRANSFORMED INTO THE SUITS"
"yea but the movie ends in like 25 minutes"
*"fuck"*
Yo that tommy teaser at the end of the movie though
For your thumbnail I would have switched the Red and Black helmets, since Jason was the jock of the group and Zach was the over-compensating troublemaker. Plus I never saw Bender as the leader of the group in Breakfast Club.
Legit great Linkara impression
What about switching Spider-man and Iron Man's lines
You talk about this movie with such lofty adjectives I gotta say I don’t remember a single frame of it haha
I miss Bulk and Skull.
I thought the bully would get the nickname skull when he hit Billy’s head and falls down and everyone would start calling him skull.
you summed up my entire opinion in less than three minutes.
16:40 😂 caleb rules
@3:10 "You don't wince or blinch"
....blinch? How does one blinch?
Your commentary about the Avengers makes no sense. If Stark was meant to deliver a line about the AI in Ultron and they had Cap do it, I'd notice something was off immediately.
Sure but can you really tell the difference between Hawkeye's jokes, Iron Man's jokes and Ant-Man's jokes?
"Great" is a bit much, but definetly better than expected and pretty good
Idk why I'm commenting of a 3 year old video
So if other power rangers are cannon, does it really makes sense to have bulk and skull as school bullies since they would be older too.
The other Power Rangers aren't canon, or at least it's not the same universe.
I hope you will review some super sentai stuff one day (or even the sister series, Kamen rider)..they both need more recognition in the west
For a one-of movie, I can excuse not having Bulk and Skull.
If they're making a franchise out of the movies, or a TV show?
There had BETTER be Bulk and Skull. Those character arcs be powerful, yo.
I'm actually kinda sad that Quinton got popular because now we won't get doctor who reviews anymore :(
I thought it was pretty good, but the music was the only thing I thought was bad. This needed a heavy metal soundtrack, the theme song in it's whole.
You are awesome. Keep up the great work!
Just so you know, the bully was supposed to be farkas bulkmeier, but for some reason he struck me as more of Eugene Skullavich
I'm an admitted fanboy of the show and the movie, but good Lord you lake great points
Mine would have to be (logan spoilers):
When they wasted Charles and his death was caused by an unnecessary plot element.
"As great as the license is worthy of."
And it was ultimately shallow and disappointing.
Which, ironically... didn't disappoint.
Just became available on Netflix?
PR has been available for Years man
What is the second channel?
Quinton Re2s
to be quite honest i liked the end just as much as i liked the rest of the movie
So how much did you like most of the movie?
I found it pretty enjoyable
I totally felt what Quinton felt at the end of the film, but part of me enjoyed it still. But I'm willing to admit that is just me being easy to please once you've given me characters to care about. I do hope that in a future sequel, if we get one, the movie concentrates on what the first one did best and try to go in a different direction on the action sequences and designs that were all things we've seen a thousand times before.
WAIT HOW DID YOU KNOW THE CYCLE RANGERS EXISTS I THOUGHT THAT WAS ONLY MY SECRET SCREENPLAY I HAVE IN MY DOCS FOLDER
How do you feel about Super Sentai?
Haven't watched a lot of it, but I don't respect how people try to put it on a higher pedestal than Power Rangers.
You should check out some of the older stuff. I love both Power Rangers and Super Sentai both had a ton of work put into them and it's pretty cool seeing the differences between the series. I can also agree with you on that, to many people look at them with the thought that one ripped off the other when they're both great on their own.
I mean this movie was good and all... but do the characters have love, friendship, and an overall youthful exuberance?
