  • An excellent Seated Fitness Cardio workout from Gym Possible, delivered by Ella Archer.
    Equipment Needed:
    A pair of dumbbells
    If you do not have any, you can substitute with small, full water bottles or tins of beans.
    Whatever hand-weights you use, make sure they are not too heavy.
