Just love having your videos on all the time, no matter what I am doing, I agree with Henrietta, cost me an arm and a leg to get them to USA, but love them so much...thanks Karen 😍
Just a suggestion the best scent I have ever had contained nutmeg. Absolutely everyone that came into the house commented. Have been looking for some ever since. You put such love and care into each piece it is amazing.
Thank for the video. I am just starting out doing wax melts and its so helpful to see your videos, thank you for sharing. I do resin crafts and use cellotape to get any glitter or bits of fluff off my moulds - works a treat :)
Hi Karen!.. I was wondering why you had not been on UA-cam! I'm so sorry to hear you've been poorly & had surgery! I hope you are feeling much better & back to your beautiful self again! Stunning wax melts as always Karen! 💕
Karen, It is so nice to see and hear you back! I hope you've recovered from you surgery, and are feeling well. At the same time you had surgery, I was in hospital myself. I'm diabetic ( type 1) and keep my insulin in the fridge. We also keep some of our horse medications there too. Instead of my insulin, I injected 10 units of horse tetnus accidentally. I had uncontrollable Jenkins and vertigo. It also causes you to see and hear things that aren't there. I spent 4 days in ICU. However, now you'd never know! I really do feel fine now, and back to normal. Yes, we no longer have horse meds in the fridge! That was a dumb thing to do. I felt bad as I scare my family to death. Thank you so much for.the great videos! When I could hold my phone, I watched a lot of your old videos till you recovered too. They really helped me in so many ways. They make me happy and at the same time it makes me concentrate on learning! Both were very important in y recovery. I thought you might like hearing how inspiring your videos are. Love to you, Jill Gross
Hi Eden you are the best!your voice is so calming thank you for your empowerment in always sharing your knowledge in all of your product! do you have any idea or knows of anything could be added to melt and pour soap for it to lather? Thanks.
Hi Elaine, stephensons brand lathers well, but I'm sorry I don't know of any ingredients you can add to make more lather. Having said that there is an ingredient called Sodium Laurel Sulphoacetate that is a lathering agent, I've never added it to M&P but it could work
.... i feel like everything youve said... i have the opposite issue.. i have frosting... dont use that brand... i only seem to have issues when i use bio glitter too..

QUESTION: What is the point of putting shiny glittery mica in soy wax melts if when you put in the the warmer if the mica just sinks to the bottom of the bowl and does nothing? tia :)
Hi, I also have a wax melt business have you ever seen on Amazon it's called unicorn glitter biodegradable glitter. Is that ok to use in wax melts and Shea butter melt and pour soap base? Love watching your videos it inspired me to get the snap bar melts bar.
Thank you for the video, it was really helpful in terms of what wax to use. I've been using 494 and frozing is a nightmare! I have a quick question, when using mica colours, are these an additional thing that needs to be on the CLP lables?

Karen what kind of packaging do you use if someone ordered just a few bars of the wax melts? So you put them in a small box or padded shipping envelopes? Just wondering if they break when they are mailed?

Karen, I made some wax melts using some mica....they looked beautiful, but when I test burned, I broke a peice off, when all the wax had melted, all the mica had just sank to the bottom of the burner, it looked horrible.....is that usual?
I make wax melts and this always happens. I found that using wax dye + mica (same colour as dye) + glitter gives the best finish when the wax is set & melted. Hope this helps.
@@lynnbiggs9565 you're welcome! You definitely didn't do anything wrong. The mica doesn't dissolve properly into the wax so, inevitably, once it's remelted in your burner it sinks to the bottom. I bought 100ml bottles of oil from a certain company and they were very good, so i then went on to spend a lot of money buying 1 litre bottles from this same company expecting the same quality oils. When i received the order the oils were very diluted and paler in colour and basically had no scent when mixed to the wax using the same ratio i had used before. Needless to say i will never return to buy anything from this company but i just thought i would mention it as it is one of the companies you use. I really hope you don’t have the same experience i had with them.
Yes this has happened to me too Linda, the fact that the liquid is paler is a big giveaway that an oil has been made weaker, although sometimes ingredients change in fragrance oils.

You can Melinda, but if they are deep the mica sinks to the bottom, so you end up with a darker bottom than top.
Hello Melinda, it's not recommend to use mica in candles due to the fact that micas do not dissolve and can clog your wick 😉
