    Love watching your videos man. I've been researching LSX swaps for a while and you always seem to tackle the questions lurking in my head. Keep up the good work. Is the Chevelle Complete?

    Hey great videos man, you're good energy. Gotta question. I got a car 2 weeks ago with an LS1 swap. The tach doesn't work and the fuel gauge doesn't work. So far, I've run a 12v wire with an inline resistor on it (someone else's remedy) and my tach will only go upto 1000 rpm even if its more like 3 or 4000. I have a video of this. Im stumped. I wouldn't mind getting a module box like you've got, but I have no idea what wires are what under the dash. You make it look easy. Got any advice?
    This whole video is advice, but I found it after the fact. Thanks! The ls swap is in a 1990 firebird, t56 manual trans formula with stock gauges.

    Loved this! I have a 67 Impala, and hated the thought of going away from the factory gauges for a 5.3 install. Very good info! Will check your other videos too! Subscribed!

Mine current project is a 67 Impala 4 door hardtop, and as you mentioned in one of your videos, you are waiting on the bodywork first. Well my 67s almost done sheetmetal wise...so i may go motor next. Then paint last... thanks for these videos.

    y not just change ls temp sensor to 3 wire and use green wire on firewall?

    • @Coverman66
      @Coverman66  8 років тому

      Good Question, i tried that and i found the temp gauge wasnt reading accurate.. using a new style sending unit will give you false readings. the best way i found to make the stock temp gauge to read accurate is to use the stock temp sending unit.

    • @Coverman66
