      Fatimaah C. You can use any types of meat u like,Goat meat,Cow Meat ,Tuckey neck

      Liline Lyma Ogiri is made out of sea same seeds ,its gives flavor to the food.

    Saw this in Freetown years ago, slipping and sliding on the plate (lol). I'm not a fan of okra or any slimy vegetable. Not sure if it's the same dish................

      +Suzi Browne yea, but at the same time, criticism is not always necessary. This is ver video, so she was definitely going to make it the way she likes it. I add a heavy amount of palm oil to my crain crain, greens, or okra stew. It is a preference. If he did not approve, he should have just not commented. She already made the video. And plenty of people have already watched it.
