    Very nice to learn some of the name if motherland vegetables. To learn a language is first start to learn to cook.

    Jute leaves, kren Kren , palaver sauce, are cooked by themselves. That's correct. Those who use okra and spinach are trying to get the sauce correct by combining the two.

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  3 роки тому +1

      Here in my city in Pennsylvania. The potato leaves, and jute leaves i got from a farm where you can go and pick up your own vegetables. You can also buy them frozen too. We're planning on going back this summer. By the grace of God. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏 💯 🙌

    Is that the correct spelling? "Obiata" or "obe ata"? We need to learn to spell correctly as not to confuse people.
