Your dishes look so good. I’m an American & I really want to learn how to cook African food well because I love it. A lot of times people go so fast & don’t show how they do things step by step. I love how you explain yourself as you go, but can you please show us exactly what you, your measurements & how to cut & blend it. This is my first time watching your channel, but I already subscribed. Love your energy. Thank you.

Dear there are types of potatoes, I want to try your dish but don't know which of the potato leaves you used. I will be glad if you can tell me. Thanks
I've been to all the Chinese stores I can find in texas but I can't never find no ogeri maybe it's in a different name. Do you know where I can find it?
Or you can make it yourself by buying the clean sesame seeds (usually available at health food stores) and boil it till it's soften (which usually takes 2days). Then drain all the water out of it and pour Into a towel, maybe 2 and wrap the hell outta it, put it in a couple of old clean pillowcases and put it in a pan and place it in a oven. Each day you turn the oven on and warm it up for about an hr, for a week or so and you'll have yourself fermented sesame seeds...aka ogrie. Oh! make sure you don't open it to check it when you warm it (the fermentation process will prolong) and make sure you're not intimate the day b4 you start the boiling up to the time it's ready (or it's will stink for days).
The first time I cooked potato leaves I used this recipe. The only problem was there was a slight smell of palm oil while I was eating. Is it because I did not add enough water or cook it well or is it the brand of the oil. I want to cook this fish again.
oh wow, the last video look like casava leae and i was thinking to myself, did i miss the part where she added alot of peanut butter and then you mentioned you wanted to tease us. damn girl, you holding it down
