    Wow, the soup looks really delicious. I really like how you finished it with the onions. You’re so good at cutting vegetables if I cut it without a cutting board I will cut off my fingers.

    This is 🇯🇲Trelawny Albert Town pepper pot but we do a twist we put the yam, green banana, plantain and dumpling in the pot for soup.

    Hi I chop my in a food processor it's easy..
    Try it I also chop my potatoes leaf in the food processor..I just press the purse botton..
    Save lots of time cooking
    I'm a chef reside in Boston ma
    Also I'm from Bo town & Freetown Sierra Leone..
    I hope you try the food processor you'll love it

    We don't put cassava leaf/Krain leaf but we put callaloo, spinach and pepper leaves. The young pepper leafs. Once you put the saltfish l knew exactly what you were doing.

      Cook any had items fast meat, hard chicken, cowskin, beans etc just a little

    What happened to the water from the cow skin that was boilt. That us suppose to go in the pot with the oil from cow skin or cow foot. Then you decrease the palm oil to 1/4 cup and add some paprika for flavor.
