I love the Sierra Leonean hostess. She was great at explaining and helping understand the regional food. She’s eating all that food and still maintaining a fabulous shape and waist line. Btw, her hair is fantabulous!!! I would pay several thousand dollars to be able to have hair that thick, full, healthy, and fantabulous.👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥

Reina Africana West African dishes are predominantly plant based. I specialise in plant based African food and my business is cooking and teaching people to cook West African plant based food. Hey brother I just had this today at work. I'm in the Navy and a new sailor just checked in from Sierra Leone. Lunch time came around and I asked what she is eating and she told me. I said to her that I watch Wode Maya on UA-cam and he tried that while in Sierra Leone , so I had to try it. Yes it was outstandingly good, my gosh. Keep doing good thing Wode Maya.
Am Ghanaian but have eaten potato leaves stew and the second dish we call Liberia rice ..very healthy and delicious 😋 similar to a Liberian food my mum prepares cos she lived der for some years

This is amazing because as an American I don’t have any Sierra Leone friends. Pineapple 🍍 It’s my favorite I love the fruit I cannot live without pineapple 🍍😂 But I do have Liberian Friend and I had the opportunity to eat potato leaves from them was very delicious 🤤 .
