    Grateful for this one. Great variety. I'm bouncing back from a long illness and I slow the playback speed down to feel each aspect of the movement. Feelin' strength building already.

    I loved this session. I have RA and I have been wanting to use primal movement to restore and maintain flexibility and mobility. This is a perfect starting routine.

    Hi. I’m new to this and really just enjoyed this workout today. Does this also help in losing weight ?

    Hi Grant, Incredible routine and your guidance through it. Was wondering if you could share or do a follow along routine to helping and providing further knowledge in Fascial Maneuvers. I've seen things including facial massage and full body release. What you teach seems in alignment with this. Any feedback would be welcomed & appreciated. Thank you very much Grant! ❤ Chris

    I have to admit as a gay man I came on to admire your body but than I thought uhh I could do that and now I´m using your Videos in my daily morning training routines. Of course it does´nt hurt that you look absolutely hot, keeps my motivation going lol 🙂thanks for the free trainings.
