I have exactly this, and it gives me the appearance of a fat beer belly. When I do the first exercise, the correction of posture, it looks like I have an almost flat stomach. What an amazing difference! Love Will's videos. As others have pointed out, Will's gentle voice and the lack of background music make his content super easy to follow.
Thank you. You've given useful information without dragging it out. Plus, it was easier to recognize i had one too because of you. You said the signs im a clear and easy way. You also gave easy simple ways to fix it. Ty and keep up the good work
Brilliant, thanks! Feels like it's hitting exactly the area where my pains are. Will let you know in a few months if people stop telling me my butt is sticking out 😉
Thanks for this video, I'll give this a go. Question - are some of the other exercises I'm doing- weight lifting, yoga, spin - exacerbating anterior pelvic tilt? As it seems to get worse when I do squats, lunges etc
Good question and the answer is: it depends. Sometimes, those who are already dominant in their hip flexors over-use these muscles in exercise and make them tighter. I would recommend having someone look at your form when you do weightlifting exercises and either videoing you or advising on some slight tweaks if you are moving into an anterior pelvic tilt. I had to revise my own squat technique because of this problem!

Great video. When trying to correct anterior pelvic tilt over the course of a few months, would some lower back / hip pain be expected?
