Thanks very much! I've done many different exercise regimes over the years: this is a great one! Especially as the whole sequence can be done lazily, lying in bed! The fourth exercise I did lying on my side in the same body position as you were in, with almost straight arms pushing harder and harder with clasp hands into the mattress. Though I said 'lazily' I actually worked quite hard at all of the exercises, and now feel really good! Going to try to do these every morning after waking, and every night before sleeping. Will be so much better than browsing on my mobile. Thanks once again! Brilliant demo
Hi will..you came into my life at the right time. I'm 67 and I'm using your lower back and core exercises. Your voice is soothing and your explanations are easy to follow. I thank you. May God bless your ministry.
Hi Will! I am not over 50, but have been diagnosed with a severe case of spinal stenosis. Many thanks for these, I found them much more useful than the NHS print-outs.
Hello Mr. Will, Since following you for the last few months I’ve learned so much to strengthen my body especially what not to do to aggregate this sciatica. Thank you so much for providing this much needed information to us Fifty Plus people ❤😊
I just discovered your channel, and I'm really happy I did! As a woman in my early 60s determined to improve my fitness, these are the kinds of exercises I need: gentle but effective and based in solid PT principles. Following and working!
Thank you for focusing on senior health. Your exercises are the best I’ve found for the “mature” population and I appreciate the care you take in teaching us how to stay strong. 💪
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’ve learned more from you than 20 years (not continuous) of physio for my back, hips and sciatica caused by a motorcycle accident.
Awesome, everything you described I learned in physical therapy. I have a lower lumbar disc disease. 👍 Thank you so much. ✌️ Yes, I'm 68 yrs old. Definitely need to add this in my routine. My doctor has me walking for 45 minutes a day I've been doing it now for 8 months.
Hi, I am 61 and have started following your channel recently. I find your vedios very informative and useful. Looking forward to more and more such vedios.
Brilliant stuff, Will. I've just been starting to feel lower back pain and I have no idea why. Your gentle exercises are hitting the spot, so I'll carry on with them - thank you 👍
Thank you..for simply explaining the whys of the exercises. I've done 3 of these before..but the muscles they affect etc I never knew. Makes so much of a difference. I will check out that book.
Hi, just found this channel. So very informative for me being 55+ and going to pt 3x a week for my lower back and sciatica pain. Really hoping that I find some relief with your videos and my weekly visits to pt at ATI centers. 😊
Thank you for this and all your videos. I appreciate your thorough explanations and the exercises. I broke both wrists when I fell on concrete and am keen to gain strength and balance.
The only channel that really helped me. He is more prudent and spoke the truth about the gym equipment that only made my pain worse. Great these exercises!
I am 73 and have just joined your podcast. I have scoliosis and lordosis. Any exercise that will help my lower back pain that is constant, especially when standing and walking? I am bending forward to walk and getting kyphosis. I have it all!! Thanks for any suggestion.
What about addressing thoracic spine and upper back pain? My whole back goes into extreme tension when standing or working upright since 3 fractures of the thoracic spine and 5 fractures of the lumbar spine 5 years 6. I have had tons of physio/physical therapy and nothing fixes it.
Unable to do toe dips, dead bugs etc due to stenosis.. any alternates? I’ve been dragging my feet, I setup with feet flat on the floor as far out ass possible then i drag them toward my butt.. I anchor a band to the wall and both ankles to make it challenging but its getting stale..
I get lower back pain when walking, it is worse when I am more overweight than I usually am. I think it might be bad posture because if I wear a rucksack with 7KG of Flour in in I don't get the pain.?
Greetings! Glad you are talented as a "speed listener." I am not that talented. Yes, I am also stiff, but I appreciate the "slow" explanations. Especially with his British accent. He cares enough to make sure we get it. After all, we are the 50+ crowd. So slow down your "speed listening" a bit. If you don't like it, slow down anyway. No, I'm not stupid. Enjoy the video.

Yes, I hope he will show us those necessary exercises too. I have neck vertebrae pain due to degenerative.
Would you recommend doing these exercises every day? If not, how often? Thanks.
Is doing sit-up a good exercise to build core muscles and prevent lower back pain?
Unable to do toe dips, dead bugs etc due to stenosis.. any alternates? I’ve been dragging my feet, I setup with feet flat on the floor as far out ass possible then i drag them toward my butt.. I anchor a band to the wall and both ankles to make it challenging but its getting stale..

I get knee pain while doing the Bridge.why is that. Thank you.
These are foundation Pilates exercises
❤️🙏❤️
Cool. Useful, clear explanations, seems logical. And you can talk about squeezing a pencil between your butt cheeks with a straight face. Way to go!
Great excercises. Work well, are fun. But please speed up your explanations. We are stiff, not stupid. Thank you.

I would like to touch your muscles to test their firmness.
