- The Gordon Murray Automotive T.33 Spider has been revealed and it’s a thing of beauty. Revving to 11,000rpm, a power output of 617PS (453kW) from that gorgeous naturally-aspirated V12 surely makes this one of the best sounding convertibles ever made.
We sent Goodwood favourite Dario Franchitti for an in-depth look. We can’t wait to see/hear these on the open road.
Let us know your initial thoughts.

Would you take the coupe or the spider?
Given the potential, I have to say coupe. Ironically living in Southern California, I get plenty of sun in my other activities. I have to note the barchetta styling is highly successful. Quite lovely.
Coupe
Spider
it completes the look for me
The Spider and then keep on driving the route from tunnel to tunnel.. and then turn around and again, and again
I love it when an accomplished driver talks about a car from the performance, engineering AND beautiful design points of view. Thanks to Dario, GMA, and Goodwood!!
What an extraordinarily pretty little car, recalling the curvacious lines of those glorious 1960s sports racers. Brilliant colour - catches the spirit of the car.
I honestly think I like the T33 a bit better than the T50. The T50’s amazing, but I love all the design callbacks from 60s sports cars and prototypes in the T33. I hope I can own one some day.
He not only builds engineering masterpieces he builds beautiful cars. I love Gordon’s White Escort.
Such a beautifully clean design. I think I like this more than the 50...
THAT motor with the top down 😍 must be amazing
super clean
Can't wait to hear any differences in sount from the T.50
See you soon...🏎
This looks like they took the original Ford GT and a Ferrari and put them into a super collider, BEAUTIFUL!
Gordon Murray please make one sports car for the masses!!!!!
👍👍Masterpiece Gordon murrray's🇬🇧
Beautiful, beautiful car, but oh how I wish they hadn't called it a T33! That designation is and always will be one of the greatest Alfa Romeos of all time.
Preciso ver esse carro rodando, ansiedade demais
Gordon River Road in Tasmania if you want to properly test it out...
Just glorious. But it’s a bit painful that you now have to pay millions for a car that DOESN’T have all the bullsh*t you don’t need but all other manufacturers insist you have
hope this is going to be in the new Forza game... only way most of us will ever drive one... so nice
Where is he?
Just me, or do these make everything else look like parts bin specials?
2200 lbs? Let me know when there’s anything else within 500lbs of it.
Porsche 904 & 906
The new Zonda 😍 Pagani could learn a thing or two from GM
Yes GM the manufacturer of corvettes 🗿

Gotta admit it is a beauty, however if I had 2.35 million, I think I would have a lot more fun with a few classic Mopars.
What are the specs? 1/4 miles, 0-60? Mileage? 😅
Isso não importa
1 PS = ? HP
I wish it was launched with RHD. Its British!!
Design wise, im sure it will be timeless just like the F1 but sometimes less is just less 😅.
This is boring design and alteady outdated
I think we all agree on this
hmm with 63.8mm stroke it is not THAT high rewing for the spec. it should be able to go up a lot more in racing.
Well, it's not a race car, so there's that.
Stands to reason any race spec vehicle would rev to the moon.
@@Jeff.78 i was thinking on cars made for track use in the future ;)
Looks like a car spyker would make
Price for this car is a joke and still all of them will be sold in a beat. Incredible.
Intern got the video editing job?
Kinda looks like an Ultima GTR
Another 2005 design :(
To be honest, design back then was way better than todays design. Everything is so straight, angular, and sharp… 🤮
Great car, too bad the music, seizure educing cuts, and inane prattle of the presenter kill off any enjoyment to be found while taking in the content of this video.
I’m sure they are great cars… but designwise…. They are as vanilla as vanilla can be. These cars need more character, the t50s has some, maybe the t33 needs a bit more of that
They’re clean and elegant, and I think they’re utterly gorgeous. If you’d rather have something a bit more ostentatious, Lamborghini’s got a whole catalog to keep you covered.
Took a lot gall to call that a 33. Tell me you know nothing about automotive history without saying "I know nothing about automotive history."
The biggest shill in motorsport
How so
@@JeDxDeVu Taking credit for designing a Formula 1 car, that he had very little to do with.

Boring looking and 80's style supercar. Tremendous asking price but still sold. Wow
Such a boring looking car, I can't believe he's asking north of £1m for that.
