This is good information. It seems like Honda Coil, plug hole is the OEM name for the ignition coil. It's interesting that doesn't look like a piece of "wire"
I had random misfire code and 02 03 04. After shutting down and turning on the car "check" disappears and it works normally. But after acceleration goes higher then 35-40 hundred rpm vehicle loses its power and check light blunks again. Do you have any ideas why problem comes after firm acceleration? Thanks
@@habble8315 random misfire can be very difficult to diagnose on any car. If it happens during acceleration it may not have good fuel pressure. The fuel regulator could be bad or a bad fuel pump. Normally if it is an ignition problem with a spark plug or coil, it will misfire at idle and during acceleration. Since yours is only during acceleration AND it is random could mean the engine is starving for fuel.
@@TheStanleyWay I was shocked when it turned out that air filter was like a piece of dirt. The guys at the auto service ignored my request to change the air filter if needed... The filter was changed and the problem has gone
@@habble8315 wow, it is amazing the difference a clean air filter can make. I am happy that is all it was and that proves to always check the easy things first. Great job!
If you swapped spark plugs, coil packs, and the fuel injectors separately then that has eliminated those three. It could be the signal going to the spark plug or the signal going to the injectors. You will need to see the data while the engine is running with a good diagnostic computer.
Thank you for the info. I got these codes before Christmas.
@@devry1978 you are welcome!
This video came in super helpful to me today!
I am happy to hear that! Thanks.
Excellent.

if you put the plug in cyl 1 and the coil in 3. You only have to change things over once.

I did all that and still doing the same thing give me the same code any idea what could be?
