I began Weight Watchers the third week of March and as of today, I’m down 31 pounds and finally hit 160! I two, I only get 23 points a day, and I do not use my weeklies at all. I have to admit, your food is definitely more indulgent than what I eat for 23 points. I only eat fruit, vegetables, fish, and yogurt. Now these are foods which I prefer, but your food definitely looks like it’s way more than 23 points so I’m going to definitely look at your food list. It sounds much better.😜
Great job! It’s all about balancing points throughout the day and simple low point swaps for me. Really makes a difference in being able to enjoy the food I eat within my points!
Great ideas! I have only 23 points. I must say, when starting out, it's VERY hard. I was always hungry, no matter how much protein, veggies, fruit I had. I think my body was trying to adjust without sugar and processed food. It took at least two full weeks to get used to the plan. But now, I'm good!
That is definitely normal!!! I struggled my first few weeks on plan to… and when I first started I had 46pts! Changing habits takes time to get used to! Give yourself Grace & keep going 🤗

I tend to eat out a lot and I think that’s my biggest downfall and I’ve tried finding videos on how to manage my points with fast food but a lot of them are outdated (still referring to the blue plan) just curious :)
Wow! Those recipes look amazing! Going to try for sure…unless the sugar free items use stevia. That gives me a stomach ache! Ugh I already have the spicy chops from Trader Joe’s. Great idea with the nonfat yogurt on the chicken. Never heard of that! Thank you!! 😁
I thought a lot of people must have had critical parents or other family who caused those negative inner voices. My inner voice is rarely as negative as I hear other people describe. We should be out own best friends and be kind and gentle with ourselves... seriously!

Thanks so much! I’ve started & stopped filming the sourdough process a few times… I’m pretty new to it so I feel like there’s already a lot of more experienced sourdough creators out there 🤷♀️ but I do share recipes on occasion for my fav sourdough products!

I love your videos,,,, but your rolled oats breakfast is 8-10 points on my plan. 😢 I have way more than 23 points bit 8-10 pts for breakfast is scarey. All of my fruits have points. They never used to.?
My fruit is 0pts… I believe the only alternative plan right now with 2023 plan, is if you are following the diabetic plan. I don’t know what all the differences are for that, since I’m not following that one. I also find it much easier personally to eat lower point dinners, and often use more points for breakfast/lunch. Doesn’t matter when or on what meal you use them as long as your in your range for the day.
@LaurenJansenWW I need to check that as I did notice it keeps saying no sugar checked today. I am not diabetic & did not request that. I LOVE my fruits!! Thank you so much. Mind blowing!! I WAS set as diabetic. I never even thought of that when I signed up this week. Sending you a huge hug!!
There’s not an exact correlation of WW points to a # of calories. Calories are included in the calculation of points, but the WW algorithm also takes into account other nutritional values including protein, sugar, fat etc to decipher a point allotment per food item.
I don't think you are eating the right foods, you are a big girl and need more nutrition and less sweets. Don't think this is right for you, sorry, but you are a beautiful young lady who needs more "real food' good luck to you truly. Count calories. 💜💜

You can add a little 0% Greek yogurt to your oatmeal to bulk it up as well, adds a nice amount of protein top.

put another 1/2 cup of water and heat another 30 seconds...it gets bigger, making you feel fuller in the moment.
