I was in the market for a holster a couple days ago, saw this video, place my order, and just made a second order. This Werkz M6 holster for the M&P Shield Plus w/ TLR-6 is without a doubt 100% the best holster on the market. The retention on this holster is perfect; yes, you'll hear that secure click. The included bump was ingenious and now I don't even need to put on any of my wedges for proper fit as it fits perfectly. It's already cut for red dot optics and suppressor sight fit. The material is very robust and will probably outlast me. The claw is included as well and this M6 has the claw setup just in the right place, so your belt doesn't need to be over-tighten, yet gives the perfect concealment. It's comfortable too and allows a clear address to the weapon and a smooth draw. And it's made in the USA. I'd honestly rate this M6 holster a 10/10

Hello Shan, is the shield plus holster the same exact model for the 3.1 & 4". I want to put the tlr6 on my 4" Optic Ready PC Shield plus. I haven't found any holster options though. Ive always used Werkz for my Glocks. Hopefully you have an option
what about a holster for the S&W M&P 9MM 2.0 (4.25 inch) Spec Series from 2021? it comes with a crimson trace RDS and threaded barrel. I also have a streamlight TLR 7A light. If you hany any IWB holsters for this please let me know. Tanks
Retention is built against the light, so running a holster without the light attached will mean that the pistol will not lock into place, and will only be held down by gravity. We do not recommend this.
You had a customer until I saw the close up of the mag release uncovered. I have a Shield Plus that the mag release protrudes a bit. Not going to risk having to pull my weapon only to have the mag drop out. Is it likely? Probably not. Is it possible? Certainly.
The main reason we don't cover the magazine release is that when you do cover it with the holster, the holster itself can press into the mag release. I have personally had this happen to me with other holsters that cover it, as well as friends and other customers that have reported the same issue. When it's not covered I have never had a magazine release get depressed. Have you had this happen?

And with all my grip pressure, I can't make it even touch the mag release. It's just not designed to use a light. If it was, I wouldn't be in the market at all. Take care.

That appears to be an error on my part. The holsters are engineered to fit both a Shield and Shield Plus. I have to delve into the database to fix this, but in the mean time, you can choose what you have assuming no difference between Shield and Shield Plus.
It works for many people, but not all. Some people will remove the claw as that can help with comfort. We do offer a 30 day money back so if you find it doesn't work for you, return it in like new condition and we'll refund your purchase price.
Olight now has 3 "Baldr" bodies: "Baldr Pro" (Baldr Pro, Baldr IR, Baldr RL), "Baldr Mini" (Baldr Mini, Baldr RL), and the Baldr S (releasing Monday). I think many people could or should be less concerned than they are, but there are many who either cannot print (for instance, not allowed to carry at work, but do anyway), or those who haven't gotten to your level of comfort.

@@speedmaster001 Not currently for two reasons. One is because the claw mount is lower, so we need extra material (to some extent) anyway. The second reason is that we have found that a slightly longer holster is more comfortable. We do understand that this may not be preferable to everyone, but it's what we currently offer. Thank you!
