- Ingredients:
3 packages fried tofu puff, about 27 oz. (1.6 pounds )
3 tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce, Wan Ja Shan brand
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
*Note: You fried your own tofu cube using firm tofu.

I didn't have tofu puffs so I normally would use a traditional tofu and fry it until it puffs. I used this recipe over 3 times now and it's always a winner! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us 🤗

Can you use regular oyster sauce if you're not cooking vegetarian?
Jennifer Tran Yes of course. But regular oyster sauce is saltier than vegetarian oyster sauce just adjust to your taste.
