    1 pound shrimp (size 16-20)
    2 stalks scallion
    1 1/3 tsp salt, divided
    6 slices ginger
    7 cups water
    1 1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
    1 tbsp Chicken bouillon, Lee Kum Kee brand

    Shrimp take about 2 minutes ,so I put it last so it won’t be overcooked. Looks good, about to make tonite for dinner. Thanks
