NOT a myth: babies can eat the weirdest foods!! Check out this other video about “The 5 Weirdest Foods Babies Actually Love” 😍 ua-cam.com/video/Hb5rS7NBByQ/v-deo.html
My daughter is only 4.3 month old but I've been getting prepared already. All the information about babies is soooo overwhelming I had been afraid of introducing solid food to my baby, it was too much for me - all the blogs, parents, grandparents, friends' advices. Thanks God I've found your videos! You are explaining things so easy and fully at the same time, now both me and my husband are looking forward for this BLW journey! Thank you and hello from Ukraine 💙💛
@@babyledweaning actually it would be helpful to see any recommendations about water and blw water cup: should they be heavy or light, tiny or normal size, with or without a straw.
In the weeks leading up to our baby beginning solids I did a bunch of food prep (like making black beans and lentils…etc) and freezing individual portions to make the prep easier for myself later.
I also would put rice and quinoa up there with BLW foods I absolutely HATE to clean! Getting at that food mess when it's wet vs. dry does help though I think!

That is such a good tip! Thanks so much for sharing 💕
I agree- yogurt is the worst to clean up! Second only to tahini!
