after world on fire ( the last song ) the album leaves you wanting more and spoiler alert i saw a rachel bolan interview and he said they are writing the next one wont be long and they will headline again i bought the vinyl and dig it so much i hunted down the cd for the car just love it best singer they ever had all killer no filler on this one

Great review. Didn’t trust other peoples reviews but I know yours are genuine. Will definately get this album now. Good to see a worthy successor to slave to the grind. Subhuman race was not that memorable, or the next albums. Great singer this guy.

I cannot say enough good things about this album, it will definitely rank high for my top 10 for 2022, the 3rd track Not Dead Yet to me sounds just like Badlands, such a great tune!!! maybe Santa will bring you that for Christmas....hope all is well brother, cheers!!!!
Pretty much in agreement James. If i did have a gripe it would only be for Nowhere Fast and October Rose. However id still give it a solid 8/10. Have a look at a few youtube live clips on there current tour. They look and sound amazing. Cheers.

Is there a prize for guessing what Mrs Boulder might get you for Christmas? 😆 I do have their first album which I don't listen to but do like. Sounds like if I ever think of picking another one from them maybe this is the one I should. 🍻🤘🏻
Erik Gronwall is a great singer, loved him when he was with HEAT, I didn’t have high hopes for this album but I thought it was great from the first track. HEAT have lost an asset there. He’s definitely pumped some life into skid row.
I finally gave this album a chance four days ago. I only listened to three songs......then I ordered the CD :) :) :) Recieved it yesterday, made my home-remaster (remaking a proper dynamic range from what's left, improving the lower tunes and richness along with the clarity - the problem with digital is not that it's digital - it is how it is managed with crushing the dynamic range just to make it louder and very often sloppy work with the production and especially the mastering - when done right digital can be fantastic) of it this morning, and will give it a proper listen tomorrow and if satisfied burn it to a cd-r and listen to it on my high-fi setup :) :)
Will give the new album a go. Another old band that have come out in 2022 with a Banger release is " Ugly Kid Joes" 2022 album. Really surprised me how much i liked it. Thanks for the video James.

Funny thing is that I think October’s Song is the standout tune on the album. Absolutely love it!

You guessed correctly Simon. This one is a mix between the debutxand Slave To The Grind, well worth checking out mate
