    Welcome to my vlog about living a healthy life with an autoimmune disease and how meal prepping can assist in this. In this video, I'll be taking you through a typical day in my life, showing you how I manage my autoimmune condition through food an overall holistic approach to health. I'll be sharing some easy meal prepping tips that anyone can use to make healthy, delicious meals, even when you're busy with work, University or school.
    Living with an autoimmune disease can be challenging, but I've found that food can play a crucial role in helping me feel better. I have noticed a correlation to the days I do not nourish my body, are often the days I experience the most symptoms. That's why I'll be sharing some of my favorite ways to meal prep through bulk cooking that has helped me maintain a healthy diet, even when I'm short on time.
    In addition to meal prepping, I'll also be showing you what I get up to in a typical day balancing University and work.
