Also, as a Dr. what are your thoughts on massage wheels for the back (i.e. Chirp Wheel)? Helpful or hesitant? Thank you for your videos, they have been so helpful!!!
i have seen your lower back pain videos. my lower back pain keeps coming back very severely after every 2-3 months. I do exercises to strengthen my lower back muscles but still it keeps coming back. can you make a video on exercises for ling term solution. i have a degeneration in L5S1 and straightening too
I really love your videos - you explain so clearly and the exercises are spot on for relief! I would love to see exercises for these: 1. foot drop (or something that looks like foot drop but is due to extending toes to the floor when sitting) 2. for strengthening muscles when one leg is less muscular/more flabby than the other, or one is tighter than the other and 3. anterior pelvic tilt/lateral pelvic tilt. Thanks so much, appreciate your work greatly.
Hello Dr Rowe I'm Samuel from Nigeria and I'm a sports person, I need help I have a knee injury and this has prevented me from playing basketball and is gradually killing my career because I no longer can play because of the pain please how can I fix it

Those wall and foot circle exercise plan worked great on me, I had great pain, twitching and discomfort tonight on the back of my knees and didn't know what to do until i followed your advice. Thankyou Dr.Rowe I had this circulation problem for almost 8 months now and it suddenly happened out of nowhere, I eat great, watch my health and walk a ton but it got me at 51, shift work, working life catches up with you eventually, its all those daily routines and repetitions. Sitting, Standing, picking up bending over etc
Really enjoy your channel, lots of valuable tageted exercise. Two things, I wish that you would suggest some stretching after all of these movements. Also, why do your titles say "instant" relief? For such an excellent program you don't need clickbait. Instant results are very rare. Thank you for the instructions and insights.
Thank you for this video. I am a new sufferer of circulation tightness in right leg, along with a head cold. Your exercises have alleviated the pressure and pain I was experiencing. I've book-marked to come back as I need. Still have the cold, but easier to rest, when not in pain. 🍀Thanks again!
Thank-you, I'm an older athlete & I have varicose veins in my left leg, I bike a massive amount but have had trouble with my running due to calf strains - common in older people I guess (im 58). I guess your exercises and tougher with weights are also good for calf sprains in returning to running. All the best.

I have vericose vein in my right leg
Im 24 with early onset varicose veins in my right leg, if I don’t wear a compression sock the cramps in my thigh get soo bad. 😢
