This is the ranking in my opinion: 1. Emaar Rashid YM (reliability, plus community feeling with cafes, shops, hotels and clubs). 2. Maritime city 3. Dubai island (avoidable for the next 5-7 years until all flights are diverted to the new airport)
And since you make these super interesting reviews of shoreline projects, what’s your view on Al Zorah Beach Villas and Residences next to the Oberoi Resort. Looks like an interesting hideaway not too far from Dubai.
FlyDubai will move flight operations to DWC within around 2 years after the completion of Ellington Cove (mid 2028), so by 2030 flight movements will reduce considerably. And according to the DXB CEO the current airport will cease to operate by 2034 and Emirates will completely move to DWC. Don’t you think that your assessment is a status quo perspective, which matters less for a long term investor given the 3 years time to completion of Dubai Island A, and the changes at DXB will bring huge upside potential to Dubai Island in the long run?
That’s a weird comment. Why would an investor or end user bare the impact of a poor quality of life neighborhood for at least 7 years (there are always delays) if for the same price in another similarly nice location they could get something that could provide a better outcome …this location remains overpriced given it is right in a flight path for at least 7 years - probably more..,
Hello Bhai , I'm just a consultant who gives information and tries to assimilate data and discuss opportunities with investors. For some Maritime may make sense and for some Dubai Islands.
All my subscribers know that I love Dubai. On the contrary, I'm just protecting investors from bad agents. And providing information. There are so many investors outside of the country who rely on the information provided by agents.
I really love what you do, i appreciate and adore all of it, Im a professional real-estate agent, but for me you're one of the few real experts in Dubai, Wish you all the best always🎉 Cheers
Thank you for your honesty and transparency. I do agree with your analysis...

Personally. I agree with you.
You should have posted this video 1 day back..I just purchased a unit at Baygrove building 10 at the launch yesterday 😢😅😅

I don't know Tiwari Ji , Ajman has a stigma surrounding it , and I cannot change perspective of an audience.
And Thanks Bhai to helping us to understand the overall importance of the Dubai and all area projects💐💐🙏🙏

imho most probably DXB won t stop operation, might reduce for sure but demand will be too high to stop for the next 30~50y
10 years is a long time. What will investors do for 7 years ?? Especially if they have better investment opportunities.

Can u wear a jacket in that desert 😅😂
Hello Mohammed Bhai…As per your explanation I think Maritime City is the best option….What do you think Bhai?
