For us living in The Valley we have to drive 7 mins in the wrong direction just because there's no direct access to dubai. Every morning around 7am we are all stuck on that U- turn bridge in a SINGLE LANE ( extending our 7mins to 10 or 15 mins). This is a complete menace for us trying to get to work or our kids to school. All schools are 30 mins away ( could be less if they give us direct access road!. What will happen to all of us lining up on a single lane u turn bridge like little KGs lining up to go bathroom when Nara resident's start moving in ?? Then for those of us whose kids go to Gems Firstpoint or The Aquila School - we have The Villa community blocking easy access to our kids schools. Again instead of what could be 1 2 minutes we now have to drive all around The Villa which take another 10 mins and several traffic lights 🙄 And to add... its just slightly bigger than AR 3 ( the 3 bed ) at least. We all had to add on our own kitchen island and the space inside feels tight for the price we paid. We only have one park and one pool for entire Eden which will then be shared with Nara? Going anywhere outside the community brings on a headache and a waste of petrol

Considering the spike of demand in Villas, luxury villas have a good demand. Plus there is limited supply of such units. Acres itself is a very nice development and at the same time Acres Estates is a luxury development inside Acres. So limited supply means high demand, thus good investment in my opinion

Dubai Hills estate has location Advantage and Amazing Mall so its super Hit, with Regards to Valley its still far and No Major Mall in Master Plan.
In 2017, there were many big Murtuza, made similar comments about Dubai Hills because it took 27 minutes to reach Downtown. The Valley also takes 27 minutes. It’s all about perspective, and you should listen to experienced consultants.
