    Good afternoon, what is your consern around the Dubai investment park (DIP), where Reportage is building their new townhouse and apartments complex? Are stating the area around Reportage in DIP don't compliment as well as the other areas, you've mention at video clip 15:01? Please let me know, thanks in advance

    thank you for informative video..I bought a 4bd from avena. I am not an end user, is it rational for investment & roe. is a villa community appropriate for renting or sell before handover.

      Dubai Real Estate Market is currently experiencing a shortage of 8K-10K of Villas against the demand. Best thing will be to sell off plan at least 4-6 months before handover to enjoy the highest capital appreciation provided the amount of villa communities in the market. This is my opinion as a realtor specialized in Damac.

I am looking to buy a townhouse ( preferably 4 BR ) towards the South of Dubai , either in Damac Riverside or Damac Islands for end use .       Hi,
      Damac is renowned for modifications/improvements in projects at the latter phases of developments which stretches their handovers from the expected date from months.
      Damac Islands is all about that luxury island life, think beaches, lagoons, and even an "Aqua Dome" with immersive experiences. It's further out near Expo City, so perfect if you crave an escape. Handover dates 2028-29.
      Damac Riverside, on the other hand, is your tranquil oasis in DIP, closer to the city center. 4-bed townhouses here are a bit bigger, around 2,420 sq ft, and slightly more affordable, starting at AED 1.99 million. Handover is expected December 2027. You'll have lush green spaces, family-friendly amenities, and that peaceful vibe.
      Ultimately, it depends on your priorities and investment goals. Want high-end island living with potential for strong returns?
      Damac Islands is your go-to.
      Prefer a serene, family-focused community in a convenient location? Damac Riverside might be the better fit.
