Dubai Real Estate Market is currently experiencing a shortage of 8K-10K of Villas against the demand. Best thing will be to sell off plan at least 4-6 months before handover to enjoy the highest capital appreciation provided the amount of villa communities in the market. This is my opinion as a realtor specialized in Damac.
