FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
Serves: 2-4 Prep Time: 5 Mins Cook Time:1 Hr 25 Mins
- 4 to 6 Pork Steaks
- 1 Large Sliced Bell Pepper
- 1 Large Sliced Yellow Onion
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
SEASONING:
- 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
I make mine like this except I take the “juices” and make a gravy and then pour it back in and then serve with some rice and baked cabbage

That looks so good. We're not big on pork in my house, but I think this would be a hit. When I do buy pork, I'm always getting chops. I always about pork steaks. And baking them is so much easier and a little healthier than frying them. Looking forward to trying this one out. God bless!

@@mycatbumble yes, but you can cook them for a shorter time if that is what you prefer. The internal temp should be 145DF for safe consumption

Made this tonight with tomato stewed rice. I made pork chops couldn’t find pork steak and my child has almost devoured it all!!! I started with 6 pork chops, I only ate 1 pork chop, why it’s only 2 left? Mind you it’s just me and 1 child that I cook for. Lol
