Pork chops so delicious my husband begs me to make them every day! Simple recipe

- It's so easy and delicious, this recipe is sure to find a spot on your menu. You don't need much time to prepare these pork chops and you'll have an unforgettable delicious lunch or dinner on the table. The whole family will love these succulent, pan-fried chunks of meat with mushroom sauce. Combined with cabbage pancakes, it is a delicious accompaniment to a meat dish. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
4 pork chops (900g)
Salt
Be sure to salt the fat layer
Black pepper
On both sides
Heat a frying pan well
30 grams of butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fry the pork chops over medium heat
The frying time depends on the size of the chop
I seared them for about 8 minutes on each side, gradually reducing the heat to avoid burning the meat
7-10 mushrooms
Don't forget to brown the layer of fat
Place on a plate and cover with foil
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown
If necessary, add olive oil
1 onion
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
Fry the garlic for about 1 minute
1 ½ tablespoons flour
Stir well and sauté for 1-2 minutes
330 ml hot chicken stock (or other stock)
Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes
Salt
Black pepper
Put the pork steaks back in the pan
Fry for 3 to 5 minutes
Add parsley and the dish is ready
As a side dish, I suggest making cabbage pancakes
300 g white cabbage
Douse with boiling water
Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes
½ large onion
Fry soft
1-2 cloves of garlic
Fry for another 30 seconds and then remove from the heat
Drain the cabbage and let cool slightly
Add the onions
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
black pepper
2 small eggs (or 1 large egg)
35 g wheat flour (2-2 ½ tablespoons flour)
Mix well
Heat frying pan with frying oil
Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium heat
Serve with sour cream or yogurt
Enjoy your meal!

I make something similar to this, but I add some half & half. Makes it so much better. You can also add sauerkraut without the half & half and let it cook down. My aunt was German

My grandma was from Alsace she cooked these types of dishes. One of her dishes was like: a chopped up chicken browned, sausage browned, pork shoulder browned, potatoes, sour kraut, white beans, bottle of white wine all thrown in a pot and cooked all day… it was something like that give or take but it was awesome like a single pot dinner before there was such a thing lol she was nicest person always happy, never negative always a kind word. Could of been the cooking with wine 😮😂 love ya grandma

Oh..... that all looks great.... normally I don't cook pork chops because they get dry, but these look juicy and fabulous!
An excellent presentation those chops look fantastic enough when you merely browned them, but when you introduced them into that delectable and amazing mushroom sauce you took this meal to a another level. The chops look both succulent and juicy along with those shredded cabbage pancakes on the side. This is truly a 5 star meal. Very nice!

Then we cover with chopped onions, kraut and poura beer on it. She also added a shot of gin. Thealcohol2cooks off, leaving flavor3. Next3day we make dumplings. Heavenlyeating! A simple, yet delicious looking meal. Thankyou for posting. I will have a go soon as my last efforts get low. I tend to follow the recipe to the letter initially but being just me that means I have to spread the meal across the week to consume. At 2nd or 3rd attempt I have the confidence to scale and also get to know which meals can be reheated without spoiling somewhat.
