'Greater transparency' needed in shared ownership costs, says Labour party chair

Anneliese Dodds, chair of the Labour Party, has urged the government to push for "greater transparency" in costs under shared ownership.
Asked about our report that service charges are soaring, Ms Dodds says: "We do want to see that transparency."

Abolish leasehold shared ownership. It impoverishes Buyers and enriches Housing Associations/Freeholders. Replace with Australian style Shared Equity with Local Authority being silent co-owner.

It’s interesting from this interview that the interviewer and shadow ministers obfuscation of the issue...as many thousands of UK residents question the cross party group of UK, MPs that belong to the select ‘Parliamentary club’ called ‘Friends of Israel’ this will probably give more of an indication and understanding as to why the UK steadfastly refuses to condemn the actions of the Israeli forces, against the slaughter of the tens of thousands of innocent people in Palestine , while still supplying weapons/ munitions components, intelligence and other resources...making the UK complicit in a plausible genocide and war crimes, as the same wider issues regarding the Middle East of which we the population of the UK are not even consulted? ...’two cheeks of the bottom ‘....?...political elitism and arrogance by any standards...

A problem been around for decades, never bothered them before. Dodd wants illegals here so when they become eligible to vote, guess what. Love the way Dodds skips over the 1990s' rise in mortgage arrears as a consequence of the housing market crash, mainly due to high interest rates, falling house prices, rising unemployment etc etc. Vote Liebour.
