This episode is heavy, at least to me. Lost one of my sisters when she was 16. My parents were never the same. When Tim touched on that, jokes aside, I slightly teared up-a first for my time as a listener. If you’re going through some shit, you’ll eventually get through it, even if that means your own death turns up as your only out. Thanks for what you’re doing, Tim. You keep it a buck, and that’s something everyone can learn from.
I’m around a lot of 12 and 13 year olds, my kids have friends over often. I have to say the majority of them are super messed up. I always say they are being raised by iPads and cell phones and that’s the problem. My 12 year old is bullied by these kids in her class, Grace and Eriq. They are both privileged children from Westchester County, NY. They go to a private catholic school and they act like they just left Rikers Island. They talk about perverse sexual things and rap in class about deep throating and murder. At the honors assembly, they kept staring at me and not breaking eye contact in an attempt to intimidate me! I’m an adult and a classmate’s mom but they really wanted me to fear them! They look like little nerdy kids but they are monsters, it’s terrifying😅
Kids aren't being raised by parents any more. They're being given iPads and Xboxes to go away and bring themselves up. Social media is also a poisonous aspect of growing up now too.

Absolutely agree Tim! Young people are sick. They lack the ability to cope with the realities of life. No surprise this coincides with the rise of the endless 24 hour news cycle and social media. Anyone I’ve met that turned 18 after 2010 definitely fits this mold.
Thanks to our sick culture they don't know what reality is anymore and are encouraged to create their own reality where they can be an animal, another gender the list goes on.
As someone who turned 18 in 2016, a non-negligible minority of the peers I've known in my life have gone on to be addicts, or sociopaths that use hookup culture and multilevel marketing scams to satiate their wants. Despite having every need and want met, many are both deeply nihilistic and deeply narcissistic, as well as being overmedicated. But despite this there are kind, compassionate, intelligent and hardworking peers that are worth others time and shouldn't be overlooked for the highly visible and vocal sociopathic minority.

I’m 21 and have worked since I was 14 and I know plenty of other kids that have done the same. In my opinion it isn’t that young people don’t want to work, it is that less and less places will hire young people with no experience or qualifications. I would have gladly worked in a factory as a teen but so many industries have such high entry level requirements. So thank you for still giving young people a chance!

They care about nothing, they’re morally indifferent, they care about money and sex and that’s about it, everything to them is either entertainment or boring and their attention spans are absurdly low. Tim is truly a prophet we will die laughing
I'm kinda scared cause I felt like that description applies to me a bit...
Killer of an ep to end the year on. Love ya, Tim
*Rest in peace, Tim's "flotation device" mother. Godspeed, Mrs D.*
I’ve heard the term “it’s a new normal” when a parent looses a child and carries that loss. Brutal. Never heard a sibling’s perspective until now.
we need a full episode of tim ranting about masonry and north korean restaurant decor
This might be the best episode yet!! Definately Top 5. Thank You Mr. Dillon.
Your hilarious but your observations are insanely spot on
My wife bought me Tim tickets for Christmas. We will stay married.
For Now!
She spent your money on a gift for you. Thats thoughtful
You may want to pack heat
Are u a bot
@@THamm-xt8jm observation of problematics behaviors in todays children makes me a bot? Bc my brain still works properly and I pay attention to the world around me … I’m a bot? Lol. Sure! I would ask if you are a bot but this level of stupidity seems more human than bot, sadly.
@@MelissaMurrow I ask cuz your profile seems like it was conjured up very recently with a generic pic and name. U have to watch out for outside actors causing chaos towards our country. I guess realistically ur just a lady with a real life expressing ur experience
Thanks for the content this year Tim. Wishing you a happy and prosperous 2024🥰
are you on crack right now?
I knew from the first minute this would be another classic episode
The entire Arizona speech felt directed at me 😂... Especially the masonry part... lmfao I do adobe and concrete... 😅
I hope Aunt Kathy had a wonderful Christmas in the hospital not being visited by loved ones
we wish her well
Thanks for this break in the holidays with another great show. ✌🏼
I feel we hear the new producer more and more with each episode.
ben's better
It’s because he’s becoming less terrified of Tim
He needs to put him in camera shot
It's a disturbing trend.
Lol, “surface of Mars.” I love our Sonoran desert. It’s home.
Absolutely agree Tim! Young people are sick. They lack the ability to cope with the realities of life. No surprise this coincides with the rise of the endless 24 hour news cycle and social media. Anyone I’ve met that turned 18 after 2010 definitely fits this mold.
Its the parents
@@fingersmit’s both. The technology is insidious and all encompassing. And the parents have neglected/just straight up gave up on actually raising their kids
The only thing getting me through the holidays, thanks Tim.
tims dad not serving coffee to be unique is killing me rn lmfaoooooooo
How is this not already an episode title? Tim; you are my favorite.
Tim black/latino kids in south side Chicago, Atlanta, LA, and NY do this all the time and there often aren’t articles, arrests, or open investigations
It's only news in the burbs. I was a principal in Detroit and kids video fights ALL the time. I just open my Airdrop, and get the video from every angle. It is barbaric.
Living in phoenix while listening to this makes it 100x better than what it already is.
I am 150lbs soaking wet but I identify as morbidly 0b3se. This news about SouthWest's new POS policy is cookie-dough to my ears. Thank you for seeing me South West 💜 #validated.
I’m a native Arizonan and currently live in Gilbert. I just love that we are finally getting noticed for something
Yea man congrats!
Thank Talan Renner
The dead eyes🤣🤣🤣 Perfect! A change in just one individual can help change the destiny of human kind…stay positive ❤
Love it intelligence above all
Happy 2024! Year of the Dragon! Let’s go! 🤘
Tim ranting about true crime scratches an itch I didn't know I had.
I love when Tim shifts into realtor mode lol
MARBLE!!!!
Got my burger king cup filled to the brim with boxed wine. happy new year!
I was a child of chaos! Tim is 💯% right on in his analysis for school for prison pipeline!
There’s no better way to start my weekend than with Tim manically yelling through my headphones 🥰
Independant Journalist of the Year 🏆
I want another Dave Smith “comedy” special for the New Year!
🤡
A Cuban all inclusive in the summer is exactly what Tim is looking for in a vacation.
Best Birthday present, thanks Tim
Tim is hilarious and spot on with the "dead eyes" observation. I literally notice the same. It's disturbing..
I dunno... I run a pizza place and hire tons of high schoolers and i gotta say, im consistently impressed by the work ethic of most of these kids. Way better than i ever was at age 17. Granted im up here in MT, people here are a bit different than in ghetto ass PHX metro area, where ive also lived.
I love Tim covering the news.
This episode was a banger ! 🔥💥😎👍
