This brought tears to my eyes! You have an awesome brother in law. I hope they get that relationship back that they had before all of this. This is a reason why it’s so hard to loan your family money.
This is exactly why you do not loan family or friends money. They tend to feel as though because you are familiar, they get to drag their feet or forget to pay you back. Some may claim it was a gift even after saying that you will get your money back.
Bottom line here: Everybody here on both sides have a very beautiful heart. No ill feelings towards anybody. I personally would not have taken it this far. I would not have taken my brother/sister to court. I'd rather take a lost. I don't care what the amount is, I'd rather just take a lost.

I honestly think the brother loves his sister and maybe wanted to pay her back but drugs do a lot of damage to oneself...
you know ive never done drugs but these viewers are so intent on judging him, he offered too give them 100 a month but they dint accept his offer,
@@marilynwillett804 if he was making $70/hr there is no reason it should take a year to pay them back.
The two plaintiffs seem like genuinely great people. Hope it all works out for all of them.
This is exactly why you do not loan family or friends money. They tend to feel as though because you are familiar, they get to drag their feet or forget to pay you back. Some may claim it was a gift even after saying that you will get your money back.
Judge reading the texts where she's reading what the bro-in-law said made me tear up so much. Man.
Bottom line here: Everybody here on both sides have a very beautiful heart. No ill feelings towards anybody. I personally would not have taken it this far. I would not have taken my brother/sister to court. I'd rather take a lost. I don't care what the amount is, I'd rather just take a lost.
This was incredible to witness. I really hope all is better and well for the entire family now. The sister and her husband are the CUTEST couple ever! Ugh! My heart exploded. Loved this.
Ugh I’m in tears.. I would kill for my family to be this close 😢
My husband and I were properly duped for thousands by my sister's ex husband. Beware of the snakes within your home before you worry about those in the wild!
This is my favorite episode so far!! Good job judge!!!
This is THE BEST EPISODE EVER........ I love every family member here.....I wish all of them the best....I hope things are working out for the whole family....
That was heartbreaking to watch a family separated because of money. I’ve learned a long time ago to never lend somebody you love money that you expect back. I hope they take JM’s words into consideration and work their problems out like a family
The husband and his wife will continue to have blessings.
I've watched a lot of people's court. This was perhaps the best case I've ever seen.
Gosh those beautiful souls... I love when I see 2 great people together. I wish them all the best!
What a phenomenal couple (plaintiff's). She's so smart and excellent at communication. Great people!
A tear jerker….what a great sister and understanding brother in law.❤
It’s the drugs and jealousy. Dude messed over his sister. He is 1B % wrong!
The excuse that it was a gift disappeared real quick.
Sometimes we take those closest to us for granted. The brother definitely should have made an effort to repay the loan but I don’t think he’s a bad guy. The sister is a good sister and that brother in law is a really good guy.
Dude has some good ones in his corner. Pay them back and don't misuse their kindness. At $70 dollars an hr he could've solved that in one check after he got done paying the courts. Smh.
One of those rare cases when you see a couple that is actually complementary of each other. The plaintiffs are just beautiful in every way
What an amazing sister, so understanding.
The husband attitude is amazing
One of the best episodes I've ever seen. This couple is the best especially her husband. He was saying let the guy live a little bit. LOVE IT 🎉😢🎉
The plaintiffs are obviously very good people. So much better than a lot of people we’ve seen watching this show. I wish all of them the best in life!
That guy is lucky to have them in his life. The level of understanding and empathy on their part was unreal and he threw it back in their face. Hope they're sorted now
I understand the not living to work. He needed to pay fines to get his license back, fine, he needed/wanted a car, fine, but the jewelry and tattoos should have been the last thing after giving that money to his sister.
The plaintiffs are TOO KIND!!! GOD BLESS THEM!!!🥰🥰❤️❤️
He might be clean in body but he still sounds like he's struggling with his addiction
Been binge watching this show for 2 days now.
I hope he makes it right with his sister
The plaintiffs are such a great couple. The defendant should feel blessed to have people like that who love him.
I love the judge she is so sweet and so honest to all the cases.
YALL, PLEASE LOOK AT 1:46. THE LADY TO the left when he said "Heroin". Her reaction is HILARIOUS!!
Everyone knows you pay your bills off first and then repay the people you owe. WTH!
Wow! Such beautiful people! I’m glad they were able to move past this and hopefully continue to be a close family!
Wow! She could not have worded her texts better. I truly would love these types of family members lol. I mean the sister and her hubby.
A loving, big sister is a blessing from God, look after them!
Aww, not only when they hugged did it make Me shed1 but when JM almost tear'd up a bit, it got Me. Plaintiff's are great ppl🖤
Wowww that sister is a sweetheart no doubt!!
That dude is most likely still on opiates, his crackly voice tells me that. I am in recovery myself from the same situation and that crackly voice is a give away. Maybe im wrong idk
I agree. Idk abo voice, but their eyes look dead.
Phylly San Antonio yeah his voice more so then hers but if they are together then yeahhh bout that lol
And if dudes really making that kinda money thats also a death sentence if not on the right path
The sister is a great person! She is awesome would love to have her as a friend
Damn I need her as family cause she is so far from petty. It's crazy how relaxed her brother is to paying her back when he has a good job. She still loves him. Her husband is a lucky man.
