I also think she's owed more than $2,000 in harassment because he's causing issues at her work and her husband's and putting them at risk of getting fired.
Yeah I didn’t get that part either. Why would he try to get her/her husband fired if she owes him money? If somebody owed me money, I’d do everything in my power to keep them employed.
I really do think she signed to just get tf away from him. Under THAT circumstance, I would too, hell- he was holding her stuff!! And I feel like Milian should have upheld the $400 note. This guy is dangerous. Any person who reacts the way he did/is, IS DANGEROUS. He is the type of guy who could kill someone & blame them for it. He needs MAJOR help or off the streets. I hope she get to court & got her order
The judge really missed it on this one. This guy is a controlling, serial stalker. This could go really badly down a violent path once he is finally stopped, in theory by a restraining order.
He didn't care about the money. He's just there to harrass her. He will most likely continue to do it until he ends up in jail for breach of the restraining order if he turned up at all to the hearing for that.
Judge was mocking her for getting married so quickly, but her new hubby might have been a shield. He has no respect for women, so she probably thought another male might deter him. It sounds like she just didn't have the energy to fight him over it and signed to get her car back.
If it wasn't right, they should have drafted it again. That way, she could have gotten at least $1500 for harassment. But Im glad she got away- he is very creepy. The more the crazier stories came out, the more he smiled. **shudders**
If she had agreed to the $400 and had paid him then she won't have had to pay him anything more but she never took the deal. She signed a promissory note for $2000 so the judge had to uphold it.
That black girl on the outside is gorgeous!
omg yes!!!
I thought the same thing!!
I noticed her, too. She’s stunning!
N sounded so articulate
That guy outside thought so too, he let it be known he's free with his money lol
Dude is kray, kray..
Super Kray Kary! ha!! Nuckin' Futs!! Ding ding!! Bonus round!! Koo Koooooo !!
I've seen enough of these nonsense cases... I just knew this would end this way. Great job Judge Millian!
I was trying to figure out what he said to leave a bad taste in the judge's mouth
@@lottabailey9904 he confirmed that he had gone to her sister's home to try to tow the vehicle. After also admitting that he had given her the ownership of the car. The bad taste is him committing that crime
I would have paid just to cut all ties.
I agree but it's very obvious that he wouldn't have stopped since half the time he was asking for the money and half the time he was asking for her back.
Exactly!
I love your profile picture 😂
That's what they want you to believe, once you paid they will be back for something else or more money each time.
But she said she’s paid anything owed. I think he would have continued bringing up something or the other to keep her engaged in some way
Plaintive, "Can I say hello to my family" ? Doug, "Not really, no goodbye! Ha ha !
She said just 1 DUI like that's not a big deal and just 1 DUI cant kill a family coming home from dinner
this fools tried to give a shout-out to his people's at the end🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
The Judge should have awarded her more.
Plaintiff: "Can I say hi to my family in Rochester?"
Doug: "Not really"
Me: 🗣 DOUG IS THE GOAT 🙌🏾😂
Oh that ex boyfriend is definitely creepy
Gosh that guy is vindictive. This whole situation sounds like a fatal attraction.
Some people used the law to get over on there broken hearts🤨
Side note; he's 😵hurt she moved on so 🏃♀️FAST😂🤣
their*
Oh God another grammar natiz, I bet you're a Karen
You sure? She seemed super needy to 1 stay with him and finally go for their 1st pair of arms that appeared. She likely would of returned to him if her now husband hadn't appeared
Dude is crazy. Hopefully she gets a restraining order immediately. He is obsessed with her.
his creepy smile and those orthopedic sneakers are giving me the chills.
MY GAWD that dude is a PSYCHO. No wonder she drank. I would too! No doubt he called their jobs, and harassed them!
My husband and I dated for 3 weeks before marrying. Just celebrated 6 years. Sometimes when you know, you know.
The plaintiff acted like a fool. If she owed him money all he had to do was take her to court. He is infatuated with her.
I went to the courts with evidence, pictures of abuse, police reports, letters from witnesses, and a judge denied me help, so courts are not helpful. I letters from teachers on drawings my child did in school of the abuse inflicted on her mother. Difference back then was he worked in law enforcement and I was a store clerk he married, I only won in the end bc he died.
The plaintiff invited the husband over in the hopes that he'd want to rough him up, and go to jail. The husband shouldn't have taken the bait!
why do all the people in the background look like they are vampires so pale lol
The plaintiff sounds like a bitter , arrogant, entitled man . He reminds me of my ex husband. I hope the restraining order is granted.
The guy on the street had me weak. Fool me three four times lol at least he was honest
She's not even contacting him he's contacting her and she should've gave her more that do he's definitely nuts
This plaintiff is controlling and sick . I know these types all too well. They like to be in control and when they don’t have their way they have a little tantrum. Especially those who have a few couple of bucks to blow think money will gain them things that can’t be bought smh
I just can't get over Doug being so messy😂 this man is a national treasure. Can we please give him his flowers
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Doug said "not really sorry, idky your smiling you lost" ahaaaaaa Dougie you savage af !!!!
He’s really obsessed.
These ostensible adults have some fairly childish ways of behaving and making life choices
I love Doug. He’s cold as ice.
This guy is dangerous. Any person who reacts the way he did/is, IS DANGEROUS. He is the type of guy who could kill someone & blame them for it. He needs MAJOR help or off the streets. I hope she get to court & got her order
The plaintiff us crazy, grinning and everything... Smh
The judge really missed it on this one. This guy is a controlling, serial stalker. This could go really badly down a violent path once he is finally stopped, in theory by a restraining order.
Just because he's controlling doesn't mean she doesn't owe the money. He only "lost" because he clearly stalked/harassed her.
Like how does that dude have so much time on his hands to continue harassing her like this? WHERE DO Y'ALL EVEN GET THE ENERGY?
"Can I say hi to my family in Rochester?"
"No! Not really" lmao
so the plaintiff started going after the HUSBAND/boyfriend at HIS job? omg, that smacks of.....oh man, this guy might even be DANGEROUS
Why he wouldn't let the defendant shout out his family in Rochester at the end?! 😂😂 He shut him down quick lol "nawl, not really" 😂😂
He didn't care about the money. He's just there to harrass her. He will most likely continue to do it until he ends up in jail for breach of the restraining order if he turned up at all to the hearing for that.
That “harassment” in the opening was savage. 😳
I usually can't stand the guy in the hallway, but dude was funny in this case. lol 😭
😂 Yeah I can't stand Doug Llewelyn but today I approve of his creep dismissal.
She been cheating lolol
Had an ex who stalked me for two years after we broke up until the cops finally caught up with him. It was horrible
I believe her when she says she signed the promissory note under duress; some women have to do alot in a bid to maintain peace in their homes, lives
Yes. I’m glad you recognize that as I’ve known lots of women who have had to make difficult choices. 😢
What's up with the smiling, dude? You are being sued and accused of being a sicko stalker. Don't see any humor in that.
He does, thus he smiles.
Doug Llewelyn's after judgement interview is the best part of the show!
Judge was mocking her for getting married so quickly, but her new hubby might have been a shield. He has no respect for women, so she probably thought another male might deter him.
I've seen other women do it, including my mother. Sometimes it works, sometimes you end up in a worse situation.
Plaintiff obviously is way off his rocker.
*”Can I say hi to my family in Rochester”?* 😃 *”Not really, SORRY”!* 😒 Doug remains savage. 🤣
After seeing the way this plaintiff is acting I feel like I need a shower. Gross 🤢
same here!
His family's like, "Don't mention us."
HILARI😂US
I would suggest, after the psychiatric sessions, he sees an optometrist.
THAT SMILE, Milian you’re ridiculous as hell to not believe he’d force her to sign. He’s crazy. She should’ve got all of the money and he should’ve gotten zero
That's what I was going to say she almost was going to make her pay till the last part shocked her so much she really has her bias about people. She is classiest and racist.
@@lazulaufca2996I'm curious...what's the bias and racism in this case?
