  • The plaintiff says she was arrested for speeding and put in jail. She said she hired the defendant to post bond, but it never happened, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff was in jail for trying to stab someone and she violated her terms. He says bonds aren’t refundable.

    • @ginoasci
      @ginoasci Рік тому +5

      yes, bad behavior, you’re right.
      shes got anger and that ruins the thought process.
      but she’s got smarts. she needs to redirect her energy towards something that will help you succeed.
      she’s got what it takes, and the energy to get there.
      if she changes her environment and spends time with people that are going places or are already there, this girl will shine.
      she has to get away from the people that bring her down.
      just look at the way she focuses and her body language.
      she’s just trapped in a place she doesn’t belong.
      put her in the right place and you’ll see amazing things happen.
      but she must have people to help her believe in herself….then she’ll take right off.
      belief and redirection.

      wait a second , at first i thought i was gonna come to the same conclusion as u did , but at the very end i realized that this is still a contracts case and the bail bond company is running a business based on being paid to bail out the client. the only job of a bail bond service is to BAIL OUT the client and not just post a bond . thats the whole reason bond services exist , to actually get u out of jail and not just go through the motions . no matter how much we may dislike things about the plaintiff , she still did not get what she paid for and i disagree with the judge . she says he has to eat , but that is not a legal defense for not producing the results u are being paid to produce . i think in the interest of justice and fairness , he should have been allowed to keep 300 for posting bail and ordered to return 800 back to her .

    This lady is a perfect case of delusion. 😂 she’s not taking accountability for anything. All the evidence she has is the conversation with the bail bondsman. She thought she could talk herself out this with word salad;talking in circles. Bottomline, she owes her uncle 1k and thought she could just say “oh I didn’t ask for it” and that would be enough to get her a refund. It’s clear she’s a menace which is why she’s homeless and couldn’t stay with any of her family members.
