Lobster mushrooms are great for the nervous system especially the brain. Read on it. Plus, they taste good in food! YUM! Try them!
Can you tell us what you did to get better digestion?? I’ve had my ups and downs with digestion, as a vegan I think it’s about the right balance for carbs and protein but not sure?

I got my protein powder from our local health store, but it's pretty widely available. I'm pretty sure Whole Foods has it and online stores like iHerb sell it as well 😊

Vers beautiful video, but I would love to preside that nuts and seeds are primarily a fat source not protein. Greens are rich in protein as well as spirulina, algae, etc... oats and quinoa are also a good sources. But every food has protein in it we don't need to add more...

have you ever tried soaking and cooking your own from scratch?? I find making my own really helps with digestive issues!
Claudia Villalobos apart from cooking it yourself, maybe you're body isn't use to the high fiber content so try incorporating legumes into your diet more slowly. Beans are amazing and studies show they are very healthy. Over time your body will adjust to the fiber (:
Everytime i add chia seeds to a smoothie..i feel like im going to choke ...and it just disturbs the experience of eating ..i wish i didnt feel that way about it

i dont know what to do,i want to go vegan but my family doesn’t even allow me to go vegetarian,but i want to go vegan so bad because of my health and animals.can anybody give me some advice?
I went vegetarian at age 8 but kept falling off because I had the same problem... eventually I succeeded at age 11 and became fully vegetarian. I just kept at it. I grew up on a farm in a family of farmers, so they were super angry and unsupportive.
I was so passionate that I boycotted eating any food that wasn’t vegetarian that they tried to force me to eat.
Eventually they gave up, and just made my own dinners and lunches from then on.
try to reason with them. Convince them to hear you out and watch a documentary on the topic - like forks over knives, or cowspiracy, what the health (all of these are on netflix)
just don’t give up and don’t be mean or angry. you’ll succeed eventually:)
