Oh how I've missed you so! I hope you all had a wonderful time during the holidays. I filmed another What I Eat In A Day video because everyone seems to enjoy them. 😊I realized while editing that I didn't have any greens that day which is a bit unusual for me, but then again this video only shows what I ate on that specific day. ALSO!!! I did a bit of vlogging at the end (the first time for me). It felt a bit weird haha, but I think I might try it again in the future. I might do a WIEIAD video vlogging-style. What do you think? I just gotta figure out what camera to use because as you can tell my iphone camera is no bueno. Sorry for a long message. I told you, I missed you 😋

+Fablunch I'm not even vegan and you're one of my newest more favorite UA-camrs. The look, the sweetness in your voice, the time you take to edit and plan the shots.. everything is so wonderfully done! I appreciate your channel very much! Maybe one day we can meet and you can do a vegan-styled recipe with pizza and rice since that's our channel name XD -Glory

I made the roasted pepper soup today, but I had it slighlty altered. I mixed tomato wedges with olive oil, slicend onions, thyme, garlic and Pepper, let it "soak" for half an hour and put it on a sheet and in the oven at 180C for about 20 min. I added this to the roasted pepper and put it all together in a blender and heated it up afterwards. I added salt, a few spices and a Little bit of broth, too. Sooooo yummi!!!!

+Nazeeya ours is more than 7 years old so not sure if it's still in the market, my husband said a model similar to ours but pricey is KitchenAid Variable Temperature electric kettle or cheaper in Amazon Bonavita 1 litre variable temperature for $72. I find it very practical to set the specific temperature I need, not only for teas, but cooking, baking, bottles for kids, etc

Awww we all love you too! I love your videos the best, because when I watch other vegans' day of eating videos, it's all the same--ridiculous amounts of fruit. I watch my sugar intake and try to eat more vegetables, so you have basically my ideal diet. Also, in contrast to other similar videos, you use more fresh ingredients and spices, and less condiments. And you don't push a certain type of diet over another, like "high carb low fat is superior to all else." It's like there's this hive mentality, and you remind me to snap out of it.
Can you make a video describing how you shop/buy/store your food? I always have too little space for the relatively small amount of veg I pick up.
