I’m retired military, and we did four tours in Korea. Korean movers are the best ever. Nothing ever missing. Damaged, or broken. They are professional, wicked fast, and meticulous.
Unlike the military moves stateside, I shudder remembering them.
That dont look safe though considering how the elevator is randomly bouncing a bit and the stuff laying ontop of it is all loose, nothing is fastened.
Same can be said of Japanese. Here in the US it's terrible. Things damaged, lost, or stolen and they charge you double triple these prices and often are rude. Goes to show how much integrity and culture matters.
These are the many reasons why i admire about Korea. They are so smart and they take pride in doing such efficient job. ❤ Korea

Fr. I moved fairly recently in my country and it didn't look like any of this. Things were carelessly picked up or dragged across the wood floor like man... and thats just the moving out and moving in part. The cleaning was an extra service you had to pay for, however even then *they* expect you to move things so they could clean behind the fridge n stuff. This video tho, it has me such fascinated that they provide all those services *on the spot* as well as assembling things back together and putting food in the fridge like damn... these guys are somebody who really likes their job. This ain't just moving stuff for them, its secretly interior design as well lmao

Lol-in-USA don't gobble up what your American media and govmnt say 'bout other countries. Not everything is what it appears to be. There are plenty of countries lapping the United States. We should be embarrassed and ashamed especially for the lies and deceits.
We lived there five times for a total of 11 years. Sadly, many Americans think Korea looks like a MASH rerun. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I watch a lot of Korean videos. Their factories are amazing, they are super clean and make just about everything. ❤

I hope these movers are well paid. They not only move belongings but they also setup and organize everything for the residents.
I have moved before and I did everything on my own from my small apartment to my new house. I did everything from packing all my stuff, renting a big truck, and unpacking everything again. It's very time consuming and very back breaking work.

This was just so amazing to watch! The workers did everything from disassembling the bookcases to reassembling them in the new apt. And moving the food in the freezer and putting in the new one was just......WOW. And cleaning both apts after everything was removed and the new place after everything was set up.

I wish I could use the service but we here in the US have to move everything by hand. I spent $6,000 to move a 3000sf single home to 5hr distance. I had pack everything myself. They just moved the boxes.
almost the same, the cost to insure and move will be high with the ladder truck , i think buying new furniture is still cheaper. labour cost is expensive in US.
The US has plentiful land so there is more room for every human and there is a lack of manpower, the US has space for 1 billion people but only has 330 million so price of human time is very very expensive by nature. The US can let in millions of people that will help and grow the economy too.
American homes have way more junks than their home.
What are you talking about??? We have moving services for a long time already. And possibly way before the Koreans. But just NOT with a FIRE TRUCK, too dangerous, too many variables, and accident-prone...

Вперше бачу таку незвичну технологію переїзду. Корейці молодці, подбали про найменьші дрібниці. Привезли з собою, навіть, килимки по яким ходили в квартирі. І продукти з морозильної камери також акуратно перевезли.
Только холодильники с стиралкой как-то не очень аккуратно кантовали, елозили крашенными поверхностями по площадке.

I love the care they put into how they handled the customer’s things even more so than the technology being used. Everything was done so efficiently and with care, including the cleanup afterwards.

Usually house shifting is a big problem in a country like Pakistan but the professionalism with which they shifted one thing from one place to another and again put them in the same order I'm impressed 💯

My uncle owns a full service residential moving company like this in Busan.
I grew up in California, so single-family homes were the norm Stateside. But was pretty amazed to see this when visiting Korea when I was younger. 😅

Neat idea. It's basically an external freight elevator that feeds right to the moving van. Only the apartment's internal doors and the window to deal with, rather than moving through the entire building. I don't suppose that's a cheap service, but I'd say it's worth it!

First, very impressive and professional moving crew and machine. Second, the quality of accommodations has vastly improved since I was there 45 years ago when I had a benjo ditch for a toilet 🚽. Third, I will always remember and appreciate the time I spent there both for the beauty of the country and the friendliness of the people…!

What an absolutely amazing, efficient, and respectful company this is moving these personal effects as they have. It's obvious that the building architecture has been designed in cooperation with the use of this crane to accommodate these moves, how amazing this equipment is and the thought -out design of everything that works so well!

Very impressive, how efficiently they work as a team. I am just awed at how clean those packing cloths are, here in USA, I feel I need to disinfect everything they put their dirty packing cloths around! Kudos to the guy in the truck who moved everything by himself in and out of truck.

the amazing thing is that they organized the bookshelf and fridge items according to the original placements. People in comments worrying about the slight shakes, and wind are just nit picking for no reason, they do this for a living everyday.

This is a full moving service. The company sends a guy a week before to look around the house and calculate the volume and tonnage. On moving day one worker per room + living room guy and kitchen lady will arrive early to pack. The truck driver and ladder drivers are separate (this may differ by company). All is packed and loaded around noon. Crew goes to lunch. A separate cleaning crew can be hired to clean the new house after the former family moves out (most likely the same move is happening there too). After lunch everyone drives to new house and unload and unpack. One moving crew works one move a day.
There are some cases where a moving ladder was used to rescue people in a high rise fire.
