Seeing abandoned homes always makes me feel sad because once upon a time they were someone's pride and joy. This is just a wonderful transformation.
I have to be honest, In the begining I did not see the potential of what that house could be.....Wow, what a transformation......Awesome work! Great video!
That had to cost more than knocking it down and starting from scratch, but damn, that's nice. I love, love, love, the natural bathroom.
Have to say, I was expecting to be blown away after seeing the sheer amount of work and goodness knows how much cash spent….. but I wasn’t 😏
This type of content is what made me pursue architecture

What a wonderful outdoor living space. The house restoration was certainly an interesting one.Some parts were absolutely fabulous others not so much in my view.You did a good job most assuredly,the house will make the owner an excellent home❤
These home builds reminds me of where I was just a few years ago, no savings, no IRA, nothing. Thought owning a home was out of reach. But after three years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to $350k and finally bought a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Un beau projet entre 2 potes qui se sont bien trouvés et qui réalisent une merveille avec beaucoup de goût

Wonderful work. I found the staircase incredible - the way it was installed and works. I also like contrasting building abroad (here in France) with the UK and also older building methods with those of 2024. Well done.
I liked that the put a vapor barrier down before pouring the concrete, really enjoyed watching the transformation

Wunderschönes Haus, aber hätte man da nicht gleich ein neues Haus kaufen können, bei soviel Geld, was da rein geflossen ist.
Hmmm, ich bin mir nicht so sicher ob Neubau günstiger wäre. Neue Häuser müssen den aktuellen Anforderungen entsprechen. Wenn ein Haus aber schon steht kann man das sanieren und bestimmte Dinge nicht tun. Ich denke nur an die Dämmungsvorschriften die in Deutschland existieren. Dann ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass zwar der Fußboden neu mit Stahlbeton gegossen wurde aber eine zusätzliche Dämmung zum Untergrund habe ich jetzt nicht gesehen.
Ich denke auch das hier mehr ein "Konzept" umgesetzt werden sollte und weniger ein Wohnhaus für eine Familie. Für ältere Menschen ist das auch völlig ungeeignet aufgrund der vielen Stockwerke und Treppen. Das ganze Objekt schreit nach Ferienhaus/ Eventlokation.
