  • This is a basic dislocated shoulder recovery exercise for functional movement. Enjoy our first shoulder injury hacks video for dressing tips.     A dislocated shoulder, acromioclavicular joint, separated shoulder, broken collarbone or rotator cuff injury requires closed chain muscle activation to provide necessary stability to reduce pain when putting on a shirt.
    This is a one of the best rehab exercises for a dislocated shoulder injuries. This video also compliments other dislocated shoulder recovery tips. Dislocated shoulder recovery tips are very similar to broken collarbone recovery. I have also found this exercise to work well with shoulder impingement syndrome exercises and shoulder instability without surgery.

    What you'll need for THIS video.
    Shirt - A shirt to put on (One that is preferably loose fitting) and you’ll need a wall or stable surface.
