  • Is this a breakthrough in longevity science?! Dr. David Sinclair announced that he and a team of researchers at Harvard Medical School have a new study out - he said it shows that age reversal is possible with chemical cocktails (through partial cellular reprogramming). Although many people are excited, some experts are questioning it on Twitter. I think it's important to listen to different opinions and look at things from all perspectives. It will be interesting to see how longevity research evolves over the next decade! I hope they continually make advances in this field.
Check out video #2 here that shares details of the 6 chemical cocktails that were said to be successful, with a focus on one particular supplement - • Supplements in Sinclai... .
Although I did my best to share the study details, it is still quite complicated. Please check out the link to my post below for more info, or let's all chat in the comment section below! - Holly

Easy money for Sinclair. there is no study on human for longevity since this will take a century for empirical evidence. So, he counts on the hope that people have that they will live forever. This attracts a lot of willing to believe people. Who doesn't want to live young for longer? What's the risk in believing something like this? Seems zero (but that's an illusion).

So, the whole mouse looks younger, lives younger. And consists of what? time travelled cells? xenomorphs? secret allografts? awakened dinosaur cells? It is pretty obvious that you need not test all trillions of cells whether they kept their identity.
This being said, I also await further studies on other organisms, specialized human cell cultures etc etc. but Brenner's points are sticking on him himself.

David SinCLAIRE recently hyped a study of his, claiming that his proprietary supplement reversed aging in dogs. This led to professor Matt Kaeberlein and the former Dean of Harvard medical school, professor Jeffrey Heffer to make public statements against David Sinclair, Matt Kaeberlein states that after careful consideration I’ve pronounced my membership in the Academy for health and lifespan research for which Davidson SinCLAIRE is the president. I find it deeply distressing that we’ve gotten to a point with dishonesty and sides is normalized to such an extent that nobody is shocked when a 10 Harvard professor falsely proclaim in a pre-statement that the product is selling to pet owners has reversed aging in dogs. To me This is textbook, definition of snake oil Salesman.

Very interesting studies. What I am concerned about is what they will find as a mitigating factor or application within these therapies for free radical accumulation and disposal. Making cells younger is one thing. Actually tricking DNA to ignore its own time clock is another. So, a body’s ability to cleanse itself from the cellular level all the way up systemically on an ongoing basis especially for those that are older ,is a big question mark for me. Also, not all people will respond physiologically either!

They say that our strong inner volition and attitude will keep us alive, serene and active, beyond whatever physical malady we may have.
Learning how to appreciate the different bacterial and viruses, internal organs, systems, cells and so on, furthermore, can further enhance longevity...
... many are successfully talking, in gratitude, to their bodies...
...learning how to eat/exercise/sleep/think/reflect and materialise the overalk sense of well being in all aspects of their lives, in better and better ways.
Others are totally in awe of the positive effects of mudras, acupressure points, herbal tinctures, gem therapy, sound baths (such as 432 Htz music), etc.
Through the 'Emotion Code' by Dr Bradley, 'You are the Placebo' by Dr J Dispenza, "The Biology of Belief' by B. Lipton, 'The Power of Eight' by Lynne MC Taggart and similar materials, longevity skills can also get successfully implemented to prolong our life.
At the end of the day, despite polluted global waters, air, sky and earth, our inner wish to survive all odds, coupled with the skills to maintain inner balance and stability, will proverbially move mountains for us who 'choose' to live longer.
The need to move away from outdated and inculcated frames of mind is of paramount importance to do so. Our limiting beliefs are a trap.
The body may look aged and ache yet, a truly 'alive spirit within' beats all currently tested scientific realities, as much now as it did in the past.
There is so much wonder and magnificence within the human Spirit that, with the help of well aimed daily practices and life style choices, we can all be led well and truly beyond what we were made to believe throughout the ages...
...hoping these lines may resonate with some of you too.

Not sure how much research there is to back that, but I found that to be really interesting! I think I'll do a video on it coming up. He said, “Feeding 18-month old female mice AKG reduced hair greying, frailty & extended median lifespan 10-16%.” Here's another quote from the video - “What was discovered was that those three genes that we reversed aging in the mouse and in human cells can be activated or assisted by this Alpha-Ketoglutarate or AKG. And, if you put it on human cells their age goes backward.” Here is a link to the video clip: ua-cam.com/video/n5XjNdAudss/v-deo.html (sorry I can't find the original clip).

Originally I had added strawberries and goat's dairy but BOTH those had to go due to spots (psoriasis). Now I am happy, no spots & healthy with my pineapple 3 times a day and ground beef mince liquidised into a delicious beef-only stew. I add vitamin K2, omega 3 from algae, and vitamin d3 to my stew and blend them in.
I also take 20-30 supplements for longevity, they are extremely helpful indeed. Fortunately auto-immune requirements and long living requirements mostly coincide. My brain and mitochondria are tops at present (I am 73), before I was forgetful and fatigued - now I am like a kitten with the zoomies. I do minimal no-sweat gym twice a day, no heavy lifting - 10 minutes only.
Oh and best of all I drink one soya milk latte early mornings every day. Oh, and Sunday mornings before 10 a.m. I gorge on pink-icing-donuts and white-icing-cake - about 5 or 6!!! yum.. Just once a week cheating doesn't bring back auto-immune or diabetes problems and keeps me mentally happy - can't face a lifetime without Belgian buns and cake.
