I'm gonna hit 6 figures by giving value to lot of potential clients like making them free custom simple marketing strategy and how they can improve, and see which one takes the bait and let me jump on a call a meeting with them.
Giving them my best as if I'm paid there, and if the result's good, I'll charge them

So true, just in my personal opinion - but when you can find things and figure things out on your own, its probably just better to work for yourself
Its really difficult finding talent that's able to do what you learned, so the ones that can learn fast typically realize that 6 figures is not enough as to how much they could be making as an entrepreneur
There are many types of giving value and using your skills to the fullest. Many people find their best work can be done as part of an organization with other talented individuals and resources contributing to their efforts, and don't function as well as an entrepreneur.
But the self starter attitude is so important in the path to 6 figures. :)

Eric so what's the best way to keep stats of your marketing wins? Like I have hundreds of clients that I'm responsible for and I'm struggling with how to keep track of wins, that I can pitch in my resumes and interviews, when I have so much on my plate.

Eric i have had the most difficult time finding an entry level job with marketing, i have a bachelors of science in business administration marketing. Do you have any tips? I am a hard learner I actually started as a pilot and earned 2 flight ratings but I didnt enjoy the career so I switched to marketing. I intend to work in marketing as a career!
Congratulations on switching to a career that you are passionate about. Sometimes that first gig can be difficult to land. We have a video about how to get your first 5 figure marketing job in this same series. You might have to do some work as an intern to get some connections and experience, or start messaging people directly.
Something is happening with the job market, I am not getting any job offer. Is there any approach I can do in order to present myself and get a high paying job, I am developing the linked in profile. I already have over 40 marketing skills.

Log into Upwork and apply to some freelance jobs. That will help you! That is how I kicked off my marketing career. The first year sucked!! Things got easier though and I now make good money

I've heard people to say in order to get hired you should specialize in something because that's what companies are looking for (i.e. facebook ads, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). In other words don't be a generalist be a specialist but you are saying to be well rounded and know as much as possible. I'm a little confused on what advice to follow.
I think that it depends on what your future goals are, if you would like to focus on one thing, you can specialize on that, but if you would like to be more of the jack of all trades kind of person, you can try to explore other things as well. After you decide on it, you can think about your unique selling point or what makes you different from the others, and from there it would be easier for you to land a job 😄

Age doesn't matter...if you keep upgrading your skills and yourself, you can move up pretty quickly!

I've been working for vitamin company (for a year) doing blog writing, a little SEO, Amazon selling and Chatbot creation. I don't feel like there is room for growth (aka more money) but it's so hard to get another job. Is there a specific kind of job where I can use all of these skills? I live in the Santa Clarita area just to give you perspective.
