Eggs should be from pasture-raised, free roaming chickens that have access to scratch on grass to eat insects & worms. Be careful with the term "cage free" on the cartons. This can mean the chickens are in an open, covered area on concrete, but not roaming on grass. The term grass-fed should apply to ruminates: cows, goats, sheep, bison.
Your point about 'pasture raised' vs 'cage free' is something I only recently learned. I had thought that 'cage free' meant out in the open but it doesn't. The chickens have access to the outside, but their feed is kept inside and most of them seem not to go outside much, if at all. Thanks for the reminder.
Thank you! 2 things i did. Added Potassium supplementation + K2. No more hip pains, leg pains, etc. Motivation totally back (66). Statex & NSAID are no more part of my life. I'm totally amazed of the result, why in h..l did it take me so long to discover this, years & years... doctor are at a total loss... lol cheers :) thank you for all your help :)
I get K2 from sauerkraut, but I can't eat it by itself. What I do is combine it with hotdogs. A little bit of sauerkraut with each bit of hotdogs helps me get what I need. I also take 100mcg supplement daily. I used to take warfarin for blood clotting concerns. As you already know, and perhaps some readers may not know, Vitamin K is the antidote to warfarin's anticoagulant effects. Given what you've described in this video, it seems that those who take warfarin (and who are advised not to eat a lot of green leafy vegetables) are likely to be at an increased risk of -arterial- vascular calcification.
Why do you doctors bs so much. It says on your headline how much should you take. And you're giving me all this information? I have no interest in whatsoever.
Another great presentation
Thank you sir

True. You should always ask the chicken

Where you live depends on choices you have for diet. Eggs as described are ideal but often hard to get.
Just throw this out there for everyone… natto has 1000 mcg k2 in a serving

Doctor, homemade sauerkraut is much more tasty than the store bought. You should try it.
Dr. Story, is it true that vitamin D requires magnesium in order to work?
Yep
when to take it.
So you're not even getting one milligram?
Don’t need it.
@@AdamJStoryDC ok 👍 👌
@@AdamJStoryDC What is k2 average daily dose or minimum recommended?

If you have no interest, stop watching. Uneducated patients end up ... well ... uneducated. If you're not interested in learning, stop watching.
Hey Adam. I take one supplement of vitamin k. What would happen if you take 2?
I take 120mcg K2 mk7 for every 5000iu D-3.
