hello. i tried cable cross tris, and i find the key to this is to do a lat spread and push your elbows forward and as soon as your tris tighten that is your starting point. and you push down and twist your wrist into a kick back and you really feel it in all the heads. unfortunately this goes against your fluid motion exercise. its a pretty stiff motion.

Had to lower the weight quite a bit and focus on the movement, but my workouts feel much better and my target muscle is actually getting worked instead of everything else 😂.
I can vouch for Ronnie Coleman. Gold's Gym, Arlington, Tx. On the corner of 303 and Cooper. Mid-90's. I worked out next to him several times, and watched him even more. He was a big dude. The days of MetRx and my first introduction to creatine. New subscriber here, over 60. Trying to get back in the shape I was in 20 years ago.
I always feel like I'm using so much of my shoulder doing tricep push downs. That and I feel like I'm cranking my neck to hard to one side. Does that make any sense? I do my best to avoid using shoulders but I just can't get away from it it seems.
It sounds like your position in relation to the weight interface(handle) isnt lined up so great. And if youre using your shoulders to push the weight down to start its just too heavy of a weight. My son always has his shoulders up like hes tense. If thats you, be mindful of letting your shoulder be down, tricep kinda laying on your lat then squeeze the tricep.

Since last week my arms measure 18.2inches (46.3cm) (measurements day after arm training, not pumped), full natural, I don't even use creatine powder, started with 14.1 inch fat arms a couple of years ago, with more than the first year not knowing how to lift (still learning). Ok bragging mode off. LIIIIIFFFFTT ! : )
Mike u seem alot happier or calmer wen it comes to the nonse and wen u get these long head body by Jake robots that can't cut the fluff!! U seem more pleasant with daily nonsense just saying!! Seriously u seem happier since your hip surgery, I got Osteomylitis of both hips and ache bad ,no stretching or anything takes pain away!! But stay Blessed MVW
