I gotta say,I'm 67,train at home,I like the way you explain stuff. I have many cable attachments, and I get more connections to my triceps, on the cable machine, than with my bars.I can target different angles. Where as with the bars, its either, ez curl, straight bar,or hammer curl.

Mike. I've seen you do triceps before since then I've avoided the lock out / contraction and just concentrated on breaking the stretch with weight.
The result has been improved tricep growth. Thank you for you wisdom.

I've been one of the unlucky ones to have listened to some very horrible advice when learning because I believed that 'said' people were being honest. Thankfully I have your videos and teachings to help correct all the things I've been doing wrong thinking they were right and that I'm just one of those people that would never see results and just a plain failure. Thank you, Mike. I've been following along with how you explain and show exercises for a little while now and they've made a world of difference. I not only feel the specific muscle(s) working more but am seeing some small results in the mirror. So happy for the first time in a long time. Thank you!!

This exercises have changed my triceps so much in 3-4 months time... since I saw the first video I immediately switch to those and never looked back. Being natty and lifting for several years i am astonished at how much my triceps have evolved.
Also all the pain and snaping on the elbows while pressing are GONE. For people who have weak or uneven triceps these are absolut MUST. Man I'm so grateful 🙏

Very well said Mike. Today I train my biceps and triceps according to plan . And I saw the people you described who understood and lift heavy, and yes their triceps is not big and not in good shape ... So True , It was the turn of the exercise you described in detail by stretching the long head of the triceps, I attracted the attention of several people, they probably had not seen such exercise but looked with experience in lifting they tried to dissuade me but I told them thank you ,can i continue my workout , my triceps is bigger than theirs and looks better and pump was brutal, Thanks Mike, I can't wait for the next video

Its all about how much weight they can move. Im 44 years old and I wish it didn't take me so long to figure out it is the exact opposite. Doing the movement the right way and using mind to muscle connection is where its at. Please pay attention to what Mike is saying!!!!
